{"id":523,"date":"2024-03-15T11:29:32","date_gmt":"2024-03-15T14:29:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/cursos\/graduacao\/santa-maria\/engenharia-acustica\/?p=523"},"modified":"2024-03-15T11:29:34","modified_gmt":"2024-03-15T14:29:34","slug":"matriculas-extracurriculares-2024-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/cursos\/graduacao\/santa-maria\/engenharia-acustica\/2024\/03\/15\/matriculas-extracurriculares-2024-1","title":{"rendered":"Matr\u00edculas Extracurriculares 2024\/1"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Os cursos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o do Centro de Tecnologia da UFSM adotar\u00e3o a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de matr\u00edcula extracurricular via Portal Estudantil, conforme <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.ufsm.br\/documentos\/download.html?action=arquivosIndexados&amp;download=false&amp;id=13490099\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa 001\/2021 PROGRAD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dessa forma, o per\u00edodo de matr\u00edcula extracurricular ser\u00e1 nos dias 18\/03 e 19\/03, conforme <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/calendario\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">calend\u00e1rio acad\u00eamico da UFSM<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O processamento ser\u00e1 autom\u00e1tico atrav\u00e9s do sistema, conforme cronograma abaixo, fornecido pela PROGRAD:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O sistema de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 aberto no dia 18\/03\/2024, pr\u00f3ximo a meia noite.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ainda no dia 18\/03:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O sistema ser\u00e1 fechado para solicita\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0s 11h30min e ser\u00e1 reaberto logo ap\u00f3s o primeiro processamento.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O sistema ser\u00e1 novamente fechado \u00e0s 16h e reaberto logo ap\u00f3s o segundo processamento.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No dia 19\/03:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O sistema ser\u00e1 fechado para solicita\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0s 11h30min e ser\u00e1 reaberto logo ap\u00f3s o terceiro processamento.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O sistema ser\u00e1 novamente fechado \u00e0s 16h e reaberto logo ap\u00f3s o quarto processamento.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Caso ocorram problemas com o processamento da matr\u00edcula, via Portal Estudantil, os\/as discentes dever\u00e3o <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/E8iV9wAk5EGEP5zf8\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">preencher o formul\u00e1rio dispon\u00edvel neste link<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0 Aten\u00e7\u00e3o: o acesso ao link \u00e9 restrito para quem est\u00e1 logado com o pr\u00f3prio e-mail acad\u00eamico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O formul\u00e1rio ser\u00e1 aberto \u00e0s 13h do dia 18\/03.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As Coordena\u00e7\u00f5es avaliar\u00e3o as respostas do formul\u00e1rio para verificar se h\u00e1 condi\u00e7\u00f5es de cursar a disciplina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A matr\u00edcula depender\u00e1 de saldo de vagas e an\u00e1lise do hist\u00f3rico escolar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">N\u00e3o ser\u00e3o feitas altera\u00e7\u00f5es na matr\u00edcula do\/a aluno\/a. Se houver choque de hor\u00e1rio, a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 desconsiderada e o\/a aluno\/a dever\u00e1 preencher novamente o formul\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para as disciplinas do primeiro semestre, os Cursos ainda n\u00e3o preencheram as vagas de alunos ingressantes via SISU, sendo assim, ser\u00e1 feita uma lista de espera e, ap\u00f3s preenchimento, os\/as solicitantes ser\u00e3o informados\/as se a matr\u00edcula for efetuada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Informa\u00e7\u00f5es incompletas ou incorretas ser\u00e3o desconsideradas e o\/a aluno\/a dever\u00e1 preencher novamente o formul\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Principais problemas que poder\u00e3o ocorrer s\u00e3o os listados abaixo:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Disciplina n\u00e3o encontrada para solicita\u00e7\u00e3o via Portal Estudantil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Matr\u00edcula recusada por falta de pr\u00e9-requisito. O\/a aluno\/a solicita quebra de pr\u00e9-requisito.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Matr\u00edcula recusada por falta de pr\u00e9-requisito. Mas o\/a aluno\/a possui a disciplina aprovada, equivalente ao pr\u00e9-requisito, com c\u00f3digo diferente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Carga hor\u00e1ria menor que a m\u00ednima exigida via Portal Estudantil (180 horas)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Carga hor\u00e1ria excedeu a m\u00e1xima. Solicita\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser autorizada pela Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Origem.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O formul\u00e1rio ficar\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel a partir das 13h do dia 18\/03, at\u00e9 \u00e0s 12h do dia 20\/03.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As solicita\u00e7\u00f5es dever\u00e3o ser analisadas pelos\/as Coordenadores\/as dos Cursos de interesse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As matr\u00edculas, se autorizadas, ser\u00e3o realizadas, dentro do hor\u00e1rio de expediente: das 8h \u00e0s 12h e das 13h \u00e0s 17h.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O andamento das matr\u00edculas <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1X-zfj5tQywciuxGXCTOIE0VLFdco4ssbuQybQRRb2To\/edit#gid=0\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">poder\u00e1 ser visualizado neste link<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, ou diretamente no Portal Estudantil.
