sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">As <span style=\"font-weight: bolder\">solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de matr\u00edculas web<\/span> ocorrer\u00e3o entre os dias dispostos no calend\u00e1rio acad\u00eamico, via portal estudantil, com apenas 1 processamento no \u00faltimo dia da semana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">\u00c9 importante que o aluno fa\u00e7a a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o no m\u00e1ximo de disciplinas que puder neste per\u00edodo para n\u00e3o perder a prefer\u00eancia de vagas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder\"><span style=\"background-color: #ffff00\">2) Ajustes de Matr\u00edculas via Portal Estudantil:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Ap\u00f3s as solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de matr\u00edculas, todo semestre \u00e9 disponibilizada uma semana para ajustes via portal estudantil para que o aluno possa realizar ajustes ou corrigir poss\u00edveis enganos na primeira solicita\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">No ajuste web os alunos visualizar\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis apenas as mesmas disciplinas que apareciam durante o primeiro per\u00edodo de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o, podendo ser feitos ajustes pontuais nestas como co-requisitos.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder\"><span style=\"background-color: #ffff00\">3) Ajustes de Matr\u00edculas Via E-mail (Secretaria)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Na primeira semana de aulas \u00e9 realizado o \u00faltimo per\u00edodo de ajustes, via e-mail, para alunos que tiveram problemas nos ajustes via web.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Todos os alunos do curso sem exce\u00e7\u00e3o devem, portanto, conferir seu portal estudantil ap\u00f3s a data do \u00faltimo processamento de matr\u00edculas, avaliar as suas necessidades e encaminhar o pedido de ajustes de acordo com o necess\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Assim, o restante dos ajustes ocorrerem via e-mail da coordena\u00e7\u00e3o: <span style=\"background-color: #00ffff\">telecom@ufsm.br<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">A data para envio dos e-mails de ajuste ser\u00e1 informada por e-mail antes do in\u00edcio do semestre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">O ajuste ser\u00e1 realizado de acordo com a ordem de chegada dos e-mails \u00e0 partir da data informada.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Todos os e-mails enviados antes deste per\u00edodo v\u00e3o para o fim da fila de ajuste.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bolder\">Co-Requisitos:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Devido a inclus\u00e3o dos novos curr\u00edculos, o sistema web n\u00e3o foi configurado para verificar as solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de disciplinas com co-requisitos. Assim, durante o processamento, por n\u00e3o haver esta verifica\u00e7\u00e3o, o sistema pode acabar por n\u00e3o realizar a matr\u00edcula em disciplinas que exigem co-requisito, mesmo o aluno fazendo a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o dos co-requisitos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Portanto, todos os alunos devem realizar primeiramente a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o na disciplina que \u00e9 co-requisito, depois nas demais que a exigem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Durante o <span style=\"font-weight: bolder\">Ajustes de Matr\u00edculas via Portal Estudantil<\/span> ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel realizar a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o novamente destas disciplinas caso tenha ocorrido erro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt;background-color: #ffff00\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder\">Disciplinas de Primeiro Semestre:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">As disciplinas de primeiro semestre s\u00e3o reservadas para alunos calouros portanto n\u00e3o aparecem no portal estudantil para matr\u00edcula. As vagas extras destas disciplinas s\u00e3o disponibilizadas aos demais alunos do curso no per\u00edodo de <span style=\"font-weight: bolder\">Ajustes de Matr\u00edculas Via E-mail
