O aluno dever\u00e1 fazer o download para preenchimento.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O formul\u00e1rio ficar\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel neste <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/xrvcjcnJAEh67e4n8\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">link<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> a partir do dia 17\/03. (o acesso ao link \u00e9 restrito para quem estiver logado no pr\u00f3prio e-mail acad\u00eamico)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de matr\u00edcula ser\u00e3o analisadas pelo Coordenador do Curso e efetuadas conforme cronograma.
