carga hor\u00e1ria m\u00ednima de 160h.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A matr\u00edcula ser\u00e1 efetuada <strong>exclusivamente<\/strong> pela Secretaria Integrada 01, conforme per\u00edodo estabelecido pelo Calend\u00e1rio Acad\u00eamico da UFSM e autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do Coordenador do Curso.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">O acad\u00eamico s\u00f3 poder\u00e1 solicitar matr\u00edcula na disciplina de Est\u00e1gio Supervisionado em Engenharia Mec\u00e2nica se cumprir os seguintes requisitos, conforme estabelecido em <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.ufsm.br\/documentos\/publico\/documento.html?id=14890582\">reuni\u00e3o do Colegiado do Curso<\/a>, no dia 22 de setembro de 2023:<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify\"><li>Assistido <strong>05 defesas de est\u00e1gio<\/strong> no Curso, O aluno poder\u00e1 acompanhar a quantidade de defesas assistidas neste <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1KF06BGLlvxlz_Y2BzR5YmF--dv3uEZCt6YVfphhJff4\/edit?usp=sharing\">link<\/a>; (para acessar o link, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio estar logado com o e-mail @acad.ufsm.br);<\/li><li>Aprova\u00e7\u00e3o em todas as disciplinas obrigat\u00f3rias do Curso;<\/li><li>Conclus\u00e3o da carga hor\u00e1ria total de Disciplinas Complementares de Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><li>Conclus\u00e3o da carga hor\u00e1ria total de Atividades Complementares de Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o (dispensadas na estrutura curricular, via Portal do Estudantil);<\/li><li>Para alunos do curr\u00edculo 2023: tamb\u00e9m ter cumprido as horas de Atividades Complementares de Extens\u00e3o (dispensado na estrutura curricular, via Portal Estudantil);<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify\">Casos diferenciados ser\u00e3o analisados em reuni\u00e3o do Colegiado do Curso.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">Para solicitar matr\u00edcula, o estudante dever\u00e1 verificar disponibilidade de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o nesta planilha, <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1UfpZwv6hJUA2ERh9gp16mY5ShDN2blMOm_8ho8FJq1k\/edit?usp=sharing\">clique aqui<\/a>. Os alunos que j\u00e1 est\u00e3o em est\u00e1gio extracurricular e desejam alterar a modalidade de est\u00e1gio, de n\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3rio para obrigat\u00f3rio, poder\u00e3o manter o orientador, mesmo que este j\u00e1 tenha as vagas preenchidas.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>As vagas do professor s\u00f3 poder\u00e3o ser alteradas ap\u00f3s todos os professores estiverem orientando 3 alunos.<\/li><li>Os orientadores de est\u00e1gio obrigat\u00f3rio ser\u00e3o, conforme Projeto Pedag\u00f3gico do Curso, professores lotados no Centro de Tecnologia, com forma\u00e7\u00e3o em Engenharia Mec\u00e2nica. Ap\u00f3s esse per\u00edodo, n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 autorizada a defesa, conforme reuni\u00e3o do Colegiado do Curso, em <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/cursos\/graduacao\/santa-maria\/engenharia-mecanica\/colegiado\">23 de maio de 2025<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Durante a \u201cSEMANA DE DEFESAS DOS TCCs E EST\u00c1GIOS OBRIGAT\u00d3RIOS DA ENGENHARIA MEC\u00c2NICA\u201d;<ul><li dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.ufsm.br\/documentos\/publico\/documento.html?idDocumento=15389747\"><strong>Para 2025\/1 ficou definido de 30\/06 a 08\/07\/2025.<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\">As defesas ocorrer\u00e3o no Audit\u00f3rio P\u00e9rcio Reis.<\/li><li dir=\"ltr\">Os orientadores dever\u00e3o realizar a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de agendamento, conforme abaixo.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\">As solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de agendamento de defesas dever\u00e3o ocorrer, exclusivamente, atrav\u00e9s do formul\u00e1rio dispon\u00edvel neste <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfYHKZxurMPMMHK6YEBrrL5AhW9MQ_OFkH6K9d19dOc-OYZcw\/viewform?usp=dialog\">link<\/a>.
