{"id":1167,"date":"2025-03-19T10:48:47","date_gmt":"2025-03-19T13:48:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/cursos\/graduacao\/santa-maria\/engenharia-mecanica\/?p=1167"},"modified":"2025-03-19T10:48:50","modified_gmt":"2025-03-19T13:48:50","slug":"2025-1-normativas-para-avaliacao-e-defesas-de-tcc-e-estagio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/cursos\/graduacao\/santa-maria\/engenharia-mecanica\/2025\/03\/19\/2025-1-normativas-para-avaliacao-e-defesas-de-tcc-e-estagio","title":{"rendered":"2025\/1 &#8211; Normativas para Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e Defesas de TCC e Est\u00e1gio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Informamos que, na \u00faltima reuni\u00e3o do Colegiado do Curso de Engenharia Mec\u00e2nica, realizada em 14 de mar\u00e7o de 2025, foram definidas novas diretrizes para a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das disciplinas <\/span><b>Trabalho de Conclus\u00e3o de Curso I (DEM1146)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> e <\/span><b>Planejamento de Projeto Final de Curso (UFSM00017)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A partir do primeiro semestre de 2025, a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dessas disciplinas ser\u00e1 realizada da seguinte forma:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>30% da nota<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> ser\u00e1 atribu\u00edda pelo professor orientador.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>70% da nota<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> ser\u00e1 atribu\u00edda por meio de uma banca de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o composta por dois alunos do Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Engenharia Mec\u00e2nica. A banca ser\u00e1 designada pelos Coordenadores da Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, adequados ao tema do TCC do aluno.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para ambos os casos haver\u00e1 em breve uma planilha de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, que ser\u00e1 enviada aos orientadores e disponibilizada no site do Curso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Essa medida foi adotada com o objetivo de aprimorar a qualidade dos Trabalhos de Conclus\u00e3o de Curso e preparar melhor os alunos para a defesa, considerando os desafios observados nas defesas de TCC II do \u00faltimo semestre.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Bancas de Qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o e Defesas<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As bancas de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o de TCC I, bem como as defesas de TCC II e Est\u00e1gio Obrigat\u00f3rio, ocorrer\u00e3o em duas situa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Defesas antecipadas<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Alunos que ficaram em situa\u00e7\u00e3o incompleta nas disciplinas DEM1146, DEM1147 ou DEM1148 no semestre anterior, ou alunos matriculados no semestre vigente, com o trabalho previamente elaborado e aptos \u00e0 defesa, poder\u00e3o realiz\u00e1-la <\/span><b>at\u00e9 30 dias ap\u00f3s o in\u00edcio do semestre letivo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Excepcionalmente para <\/span><b>2025\/1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, o prazo ser\u00e1 at\u00e9 <\/span><b>30 de abril de 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A vers\u00e3o do trabalho a ser apresentada deve ser enviada para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de pl\u00e1gio com <\/span><b>no m\u00ednimo 15 dias de anteced\u00eancia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o de TCC I, ap\u00f3s an\u00e1lise de pl\u00e1gio, a Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do Curso de Engenharia Mec\u00e2nica, em parceria com a Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Engenharia Mec\u00e2nica, organizar\u00e1 a banca.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para defesas de TCC II e Est\u00e1gio, o professor orientador ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por organizar a defesa, agendar o local e informar a Secretaria Integrada com os seguintes dados:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nome completo do aluno;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tipo de defesa (qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o de TCC I, defesa de TCC II ou Est\u00e1gio Obrigat\u00f3rio);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">T\u00edtulo do trabalho (para TCC) ou Nome da Empresa (para est\u00e1gio);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nome completo do professor orientador;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nomes completos dos membros da banca.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Os professores orientadores dever\u00e3o informar \u00e0 Secretaria Integrada com anteced\u00eancia para viabilizar a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Semana de Defesas dos TCCs e Est\u00e1gios Obrigat\u00f3rios<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para <\/span><b>2025\/1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, ocorrer\u00e1 de <\/span><b>30 de junho a 08 de julho de 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O prazo para envio do trabalho para <\/span><b>verifica\u00e7\u00e3o de pl\u00e1gio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u00e9 at\u00e9 <\/span><b>19 de junho de 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Considerando esse prazo, o <\/span><b>agendamento das defesas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> dever\u00e1 ser realizado, impreterivelmente, at\u00e9 <\/span><b>19 de junho de 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As defesas ser\u00e3o realizadas no <\/span><b>Audit\u00f3rio P\u00e9rcio Reis<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, j\u00e1 reservado para o per\u00edodo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o de TCC I, ap\u00f3s an\u00e1lise de pl\u00e1gio a Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do Curso de Engenharia Mec\u00e2nica, em parceria com a Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Engenharia Mec\u00e2nica, organizar\u00e1 a banca.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para defesas de TCC II e Est\u00e1gio, o agendamento da defesa dever\u00e1 ser feito pelo professor orientador conforme as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es dispon\u00edveis neste <\/span><a style=\"font-weight: 400\">link<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ressaltamos que as bancas de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o ou defesa dever\u00e3o ter, no <\/span><b>m\u00e1ximo uma hora e meia de dura\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> e ter\u00e3o in\u00edcio \u00e0s 8h, 9h30min, 13h, 14h30min e 16h.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Envio do Trabalho Final e Regras para Pl\u00e1gio<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O aluno dever\u00e1 enviar a <\/span><b>vers\u00e3o final<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> do <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Trabalho de Conclus\u00e3o de Curso<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u00e0 <\/span><b>Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do Curso<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> para verifica\u00e7\u00e3o de pl\u00e1gio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A <\/span><b>Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do Curso<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pela an\u00e1lise e pela comunica\u00e7\u00e3o do resultado ao professor orientador e ao aluno.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>O n\u00e3o envio dentro do prazo implicar\u00e1 na n\u00e3o autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da defesa.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Se for constatado pl\u00e1gio, o trabalho n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 liberado para defesa, resultando na reprova\u00e7\u00e3o do aluno.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Defesas P\u00fablicas e Registro de Presen\u00e7a<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Considerando a exig\u00eancia de participa\u00e7\u00e3o em defesas para solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de matr\u00edcula em <\/span><b>TCC <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">e<\/span><b> Est\u00e1gio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, todas as defesas ser\u00e3o <\/span><b>p\u00fablicas e presenciais<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> e devem ser divulgadas aos alunos do curso.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ficar\u00e1 a cargo da Secretaria Integrada recolher a lista de presen\u00e7a dos alunos para o c\u00f4mputo das defesas assistidas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Situa\u00e7\u00f5es excepcionais ser\u00e3o analisadas pela <\/span><b>Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do Curso<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> e submetidas ao Colegiado para
