Esse projeto de extens\u00e3o tem como objetivo promover o conhecimento al\u00e9m do que \u00e9 visto em sala de aula, bem como instigar e incentivar a busca pelo saber cient\u00edfico. Al\u00e9m disso, esse projeto de extens\u00e3o prop\u00f5e a aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o de professores e alunos do PPGFarm com o ensino p\u00fablico. As palestras abordam os seguintes temas: Alcoolismo, doen\u00e7as neuroafetivas (Depress\u00e3o e Transtornos de Ansiedade), doen\u00e7as decorrentes da toxicologia ambiental, condi\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas ao estilo de vida (Diabetes Mellitus, hipertens\u00e3o e sedentarismo), drogas (l\u00edcitas e il\u00edcitas), doen\u00e7as neurodegenerativas (Alzheimer, entre outras), entre outras. A import\u00e2ncia de haver uma discuss\u00e3o destes temas se deve \u00e0 alta incid\u00eancia e interfer\u00eancia na qualidade de vida dos indiv\u00edduos, especialmente entre a popula\u00e7\u00e3o jovem.<br \/><br \/>Alunos do PPG Farmacologia envolvidos no projeto: Gabriele Cheiran Pereira, Let\u00edcia Bernardini, Laura Hautrive Milanesi, Higor Zuquetto Rosa.<\/p><p><br \/>A primeira atividade desenvolvida do projeto foi uma palestra sobre \u201cAlcoolismo\u201d na Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental Luizinho de Grandi CAIC, que tem como Diretora a Prof\u00aa Maria Helena Antonello e a vice Diretora Prof\u00aa Michele Martelet. Nesta atividade participaram 35 pessoas dentre alunos e professores da escola. Os professores do PPGFarm Guilherme Bochi, Nat\u00e1lia Brucker e K\u00e1tia Padilha Barreto e as alunas mestrandas Gabriele Cheiran Pereira e Let\u00edcia Bernardini apresentaram o tema e responderam
