O SSA se destaca na \u00e1rea de ci\u00eancia e tecnologia de alimentos, com um foco especial em seguran\u00e7a alimentar, explorando todo o contexto cient\u00edfico, social e econ\u00f4mico relacionado a essa tem\u00e1tica crucial.<\/p>\n<p>Nesta edi\u00e7\u00e3o, o simp\u00f3sio abordar\u00e1 o tema &#8220;Solu\u00e7\u00f5es Sustent\u00e1veis: Enfrentando os Desafios do Clima e da Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;. O objetivo \u00e9 fomentar um debate profundo sobre como equilibrar o crescimento econ\u00f4mico com a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, garantindo ao mesmo tempo o acesso universal a alimentos seguros.
