O objetivo principal do evento \u00e9 reunir pesquisadores, estudantes e profissionais da ind\u00fastria da carne em um f\u00f3rum que possibilite a discuss\u00e3o dos avan\u00e7os na \u00e1rea de carnes e derivados.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">A tem\u00e1tica selecionada abordar\u00e1 novas tecnologias empregadas para a desinfec\u00e7\u00e3o e aumento da vida de prateleira de produtos aliment\u00edcios, e que permitem a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do uso de sanitizantes e a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do consumo de \u00e1gua, energia e a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de efluentes.
