{"id":1157,"date":"2023-09-14T14:06:01","date_gmt":"2023-09-14T17:06:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/cursos\/pos-graduacao\/santa-maria\/ppgeronto\/?page_id=1157"},"modified":"2025-08-22T08:43:14","modified_gmt":"2025-08-22T11:43:14","slug":"participacao-em-evento","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/cursos\/pos-graduacao\/santa-maria\/ppgeronto\/participacao-em-evento","title":{"rendered":"PARTICIPA\u00c7\u00c3O EM EVENTO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Os recursos conforme a disponibilidade de recursos utiliz\u00e1veis s\u00e3o:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">passagens a\u00e9reas ou rodovi\u00e1rias (via conv\u00eanios firmados pela institui\u00e7\u00e3o) e hotel, ou ent\u00e3o,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">passagens e di\u00e1rias via SCDP (Sistemas de Concess\u00e3o de Di\u00e1rias e <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Passagens).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Os pedidos de passagens e di\u00e1rias dever\u00e3o ser solicitados com m\u00ednimo de 30 dias da data da viagem e di\u00e1rias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u21d2<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Procedimentos para a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de recurso e da presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O orientador ou o aluno dever\u00e1 enviar e-mail para com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es abaixo:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; Formul\u00e1rio de<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/app\/uploads\/sites\/874\/2023\/09\/FORMULARIO-PARA-SOLICITACAO-DE-DIARIAS.docx\"> <b>solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de di\u00e1rias<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 Cidade de origem e de retorno, data e turno da vinda e do retorno.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 Meio de transporte que utilizar\u00e1: rodovi\u00e1rio, a\u00e9reo, ve\u00edculo pr\u00f3prio e se haver\u00e1 pernoite em hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aceite do trabalho.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Cronograma do evento, folder, convite.<\/li>\n<li>Professor deve enviar o afastamento junto a UFSM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aluno deve enviar <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/app\/uploads\/sites\/874\/2023\/08\/AUTORIZACAODESCONTOFOLHA-1.doc\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de desconto em folha;<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u21d2 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para a Presta\u00e7\u00e3o de Conta que dever\u00e1 ocorrer em at\u00e9 cinco dias ap\u00f3s o retorno da origem, o proposto dever\u00e1 apresentar \u00e0 secretaria do PPGGERONTO:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; Relat\u00f3rio de viagem (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/app\/uploads\/sites\/874\/2024\/09\/Formulario_Relatorio_de_Viagem.docx\">modelo aqui<\/a>)<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 Tickets\/recibos das passagens a\u00e9reas\/rodovi\u00e1rias;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 Notas fiscais que comprovem o dia e local da viagem;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 C\u00f3pia da ata de defesa assinada comprovando a participa\u00e7\u00e3o presencial<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2013 Certificado de participa\u00e7\u00e3o no evento<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2013 Certificado de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalho.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u21d2 <\/b><b>O PPG:<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 Efetuar\u00e1 o lan\u00e7amento do recurso que seguir\u00e1 as devidas tramita\u00e7\u00f5es at\u00e9 a se\u00e7\u00e3o de pagamentos no DCF \u2013 Departamento de Contabilidade e Finan\u00e7as na UFSM.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 Enviar\u00e1 e-mail ao proposto com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es e valores custeados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Situa\u00e7\u00f5es diversas poder\u00e3o ser esclarecidas com a secretaria do PPGGERONTO.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Os recursos conforme a disponibilidade de recursos utiliz\u00e1veis s\u00e3o: passagens a\u00e9reas ou rodovi\u00e1rias (via conv\u00eanios firmados pela institui\u00e7\u00e3o) e hotel, ou ent\u00e3o, passagens e di\u00e1rias via SCDP (Sistemas de Concess\u00e3o de Di\u00e1rias e Passagens).
