The intersection between the philosophy of\u00a0memory\u00a0and the philosophy of\u00a0perception\u00a0is a potentially fruitful domain of research. The question of how the content of\u00a0memory\u00a0differs from the content of\u00a0perception, the question of whether\u00a0memory\u00a0and\u00a0perception\u00a0are representational states, and the question of whether\u00a0memory\u00a0involves a form of \u201cre-experiencing\u201d the past are, to give just a few examples, among the many important philosophical questions sitting at the intersection between these two areas. However, despite its importance and fruitfulness, research exploring the relationship between the philosophy of\u00a0memory\u00a0and the philosophy of\u00a0perception\u00a0has been scarce in the recent literature. Thus, by bringing together philosophers working in each of these areas, this workshop attempts to get the\u00a0conversation\u00a0started on topics of shared interest to philosophers of\u00a0memory\u00a0and philosophers of\u00a0perception, with the goal of promoting future philosophical research on the subject.
