predefinidos, conforme Termo de Refer\u00eancia da Vacina\u00e7\u00e3o;<br \/>\u27a2 Imprimir o \u201c<strong>Registro das a\u00e7\u00f5es de Vacina\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; Controle de frequ\u00eancia COREMU<\/strong>\u201d (Anexo ao TR);<\/p><p>\u27a2 <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Exclusivo para Residentes Multiprofissionais<\/strong><\/span>: Preencher o \u201cRegistro das a\u00e7\u00f5es de Vacina\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; Controle de frequ\u00eancia COREMU\u201d (Anexo ao TR), bem como o Registro de Frequ\u00eancia habitual (escrever no campo \u201cassinatura do preceptor\u201d a escrita \u201cVACINA\u00c7\u00c3O\u201d no turno correspondente).<br \/>\u27a2 Solicitar ao Coordenador(a) do local da Vacina\u00e7\u00e3o (presente no dia da a\u00e7\u00e3o) rubrica <strong>LOGO AP\u00d3S<\/strong> o t\u00e9rmino das atividades daquele dia, no campo correspondente;<br \/>\u27a2 Digitalizar em formato <strong>PDF<\/strong>, com nitidez e enquadramento correto, e enviar, devidamente preenchido e assinado, em at\u00e9 48h ap\u00f3s o fechamento da escala vigente.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Observa\u00e7\u00e3o: Solicitamos o cumprimento das
