style=\"line-height: 1.295;text-align: justify;margin-top: 0pt;margin-bottom: 8pt\">The International Affairs Office (DRI) at UFSM coordinates the administrative process for incoming international students undertaking mandatory internships. <span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;color: #000000;background-color: transparent;vertical-align: baseline\">DRI is responsible for:<\/span><\/p><ul><li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.295;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;color: #000000;background-color: transparent;vertical-align: baseline\"> Forwarding internship requests to the respective academic program offices for analysis and approval.<\/span><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.295;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;color: #000000;background-color: transparent;vertical-align: baseline\"> Assisting in the preparation of the <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1U3ObIaLccc2p2Vpee1PyAVldn6RV90Ju\/view\"><strong>Study Plan<\/strong><\/a> (to be filled out by the UFSM supervisor and signed by both the supervisor and the student).<\/span><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.295;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;color: #000000;background-color: transparent;vertical-align: baseline\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;color: #000000;background-color: transparent;vertical-align: baseline\">Facilitating the signing of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/app\/uploads\/sites\/906\/2026\/06\/MANDATORY-INTERNSHIP-COMMITMENT-TERM-FOR-INTERNATIONAL-STUDENT-AT-UFSM-2026-1.docx\">Internship Commitment National Migration Registration (RNM). You will be registered at UFSM under a &#8220;Visitor&#8221; status. Please read all communications from UFSM carefully.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.295;margin-top: 0pt;margin-bottom: 8pt\"><strong>University Restaurant (RU) Note: <\/strong><span style=\"text-align: left\">You<\/span> will have full access to the University Restaurant (RU) and will be charged according to the current <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1iNcY8GrL317lBk9BaJd28Tuno-ARRnFnNuImPMjXKVk\/edit?tab=t.0\">pricing table<\/a>. Short-term internships students will be charged the full visitor meal rate (Category F).
