Possui capacidade de congelamento de at\u00e9 -35\u00baC, sendo ideal para trabalhos com imunohistoqu\u00edmica e imunofluoresc\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">NORMAS DE USO<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Antes de utilizar este equipamento, favor consultar as \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/laboratorios\/biorep\/normas-gerais-de-uso\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">normas gerais de uso<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Aten\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/span>\u00a0\u00c9 obrigat\u00f3rio o uso de equipamentos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o individual nas depend\u00eancias do BioRep.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Os usu\u00e1rios s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis pelo experimento, principalmente no que se refere ao m\u00e9todo e \u00e0 verifica\u00e7\u00e3o da operacionalidade do equipamento.<\/li>\n<li>Os materiais e os reagentes que ser\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do experimento s\u00e3o de responsabilidade do usu\u00e1rio, dentre eles:\n<ul>\n<li>Papel toalha (prote\u00e7\u00e3o e limpeza do equipamento);<\/li>\n<li>Rack para tubos (15ml\/50ml);<\/li>\n<li>Pin\u00e7as (manipula\u00e7\u00e3o do material);<\/li>\n<li>Placa de Petri e l\u00e2mina de bisturi (corte do material);<\/li>\n<li>Composto CRYO-OCT (Sugest\u00e3o: <a style=\"font-size: inherit\" href=\"https:\/\/startbioscience.com.br\/produto\/meio-tissue-tek-o-c-t-compound-fr118ml-sakura-4583\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">C\u00f3d. 4583 Sakura)<\/a><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>L\u00e2mina (Perfil baixo, \u00e2ngulo de corte 34 graus \u2013\u00a0<a style=\"font-size: inherit\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fishersci.com\/shop\/products\/thermo-scientific-ultra-disposable-microtome-blades-low-profile\/3053835\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">C\u00f3d. 3053835 MX35 Ultra Thermo Scientific<\/a><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">);<\/span><\/li>\n<li>L\u00e2mina de vidro (comum, imuno, etc).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>O usu\u00e1rio deve ter cuidado e aten\u00e7\u00e3o durante o uso do Criostato para que n\u00e3o ocorram acidentes que possam danificar o equipamento ou prejudicar o usu\u00e1rio, visto que a navalha \u00e9 um instrumento perigoso;<\/li>\n<li>Antes do uso, o Criostato deve ser forrado com papel toalha para facilitar sua limpeza;<\/li>\n<li>Caso ocorra algum erro no equipamento, os respons\u00e1veis pelo Criostato devem ser prontamente avisados;<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9 proibida a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de comandos no equipamento sem conhecimento pr\u00e9vio da sua finalidade. Solicite sempre ajuda do Corpo T\u00e9cnico do BioRep caso surja alguma d\u00favida;<\/li>\n<li>Cada usu\u00e1rio \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por seu descarte biol\u00f3gico. Para isso, sugerimos que o usu\u00e1rio traga algum material para armazen\u00e1-lo;<\/li>\n<li>Se algum dano for causado no equipamento por m\u00e1 utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do usu\u00e1rio, o mesmo deve ressarcir os danos causados;<\/li>\n<li>Antes de sair, o usu\u00e1rio deve preencher a ficha de uso, limpar o Criostato e todo material utilizado;<\/li>\n<li>Atrasos no hor\u00e1rio agendado, superiores a 15 minutos, levar\u00e3o ao cancelamento da reserva do equipamento, para n\u00e3o comprometer a agenda de uso do equipamento.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<figure
