Com diferentes proposi\u00e7\u00f5es art\u00edsticas e comunicacionais no espa\u00e7o urbano, almejadas segundo a media\u00e7\u00e3o de variadas tecnologias tradicionais e emergentes, destinadas a evocar as mem\u00f3rias das pessoas da cidade. Mem\u00f3rias essas em seu sentido cotidiano e micropol\u00edtico, com o fim de dar visibilidade \u00e0s pessoas de Santa Maria, suas hist\u00f3rias e o impacto de suas vidas sobre o macrocosmos do munic\u00edpio. Ou seja, evocar polissemias urbanas para al\u00e9m daquelas narrativas que ficam registradas nos autos oficiais, nos discursos das grandes figuras da cidade, sob os holofotes da
