O estudo foi elaborado pela <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/cidades\/pt-br\/acesso-a-informacao\/institucional\/competencias-das-secretarias\/secretaria-nacional-de-periferias\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Secretaria Nacional de Periferias<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, vinculada ao Minist\u00e9rio das Cidades, e conta com a parceria de 16 grupos de pesquisa em universidades ao redor do pa\u00eds.
