do CE, empr\u00e9stimos de equipamentos para servidores T\u00e9cnicos Administrativos em Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Professores (webcam, projetor, notebook e outros) e a gest\u00e3o dos laborat\u00f3rios de inform\u00e1tica.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section style=\"margin-left: 10px\">Atendimentos<\/span><\/div><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1351\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1351\"><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Os atendimentos ocorrem perante solicita\u00e7\u00e3o da comunidade acad\u00eamica do CE (Servidores Docentes, Servidores TAEs e Discentes);<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do atendimento ocorre em equipamentos de Patrim\u00f4nio da UFSM, ou seja, o LINCE n\u00e3o presta assist\u00eancia a equipamentos pessoais;<\/span><\/li><li>Para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do atendimento <strong>o respons\u00e1vel pelo chamado deve permanecer no local durante todo o atendimento.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><span style=\"color: #333399\"><strong>O atendimento pode ser solicitado:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li>Presencialmente na UNITI-LINCE, sala\u00a0<strong>3238C<\/strong>;<\/li><li>Por telefone, ramal <strong>8190<\/strong>; ou<\/li><li>Por email, <strong>uniti-lince@ufsm.br.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><span style=\"color: #333399\"><strong>Funcionamento:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li>Quando o usu\u00e1rio relata um problema ou solicita uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o, a equipe do LINCE avalia se esta demanda pode ser atendida imediatamente ou se, devido a complexidade ou a indisponibilidade da equipe, a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o demanda de um agendamento ou redirecionamento (CPD, LAMI).<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><span style=\"color: #333399\"><strong>Em suma, os atendimentos compreendem:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li>Auxiliar na instala\u00e7\u00e3o e utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamentos de TI;<\/li><li>Auxiliar na instala\u00e7\u00e3o e atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de\u00a0<em>softwares<\/em>, desde que sejam originais, com suas respectivas licen\u00e7as, ou livres;<\/li><li class=\"western\">Auxiliar e incentivar, de forma permanente, o uso de <em>Softwares<\/em> Livres ou originais.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 id=\"elementor-tab-title-1352\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1352\"><p>Por padr\u00e3o, as avalia\u00e7\u00f5es ocorrem perante agendamento e s\u00e3o o primeiro procedimento antes da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de formata\u00e7\u00e3o ou elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de Laudo para fins de recolhimento.\u00a0<\/p><p>Para realizar uma solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de Laudo T\u00e9cnico a um equipamento de TI com fins de georgia, palatino, serif\">As formata\u00e7\u00f5es ocorrem mediante <strong>solicita\u00e7\u00e3o do usu\u00e1rio<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Por padr\u00e3o, a formata\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 feita em dual boot, com os Sistemas Operacionais <strong>Windows e Linux<\/strong> (para isso \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que a licen\u00e7a do Windows seja original).\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Quando as caracter\u00edsticas do equipamento n\u00e3o condizem com os requisitos m\u00ednimos para o Sistema Operacional Windows, apenas o Linux \u00e9 instalado.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Caso o equipamento tenha licen\u00e7a original do MSOffice 2019 (\u00fanica vers\u00e3o que pode ser reutilizada), o MSOficce ser\u00e1 reinstalado. Para licen\u00e7as mais antigas a reutiliza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel devido a pol\u00edticas de atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Microsoft, para estas situa\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e1 instalado o Libre Office;<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><span style=\"color: #333399;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\"><strong>Solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de formata\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">O respons\u00e1vel pelo\u00a0 equipamento deve solicitar a formata\u00e7\u00e3o por e-mail informando o patrim\u00f4nio do equipamento.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><span style=\"color: #333399;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\"><strong>Backup:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">No ato da formata\u00e7\u00e3o, todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es constantes na m\u00e1quina ser\u00e3o apagadas. Por isso,<strong> o usu\u00e1rio \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por salvar seus dados (backup)<\/strong> antes da formata\u00e7\u00e3o, caso seja de seu interesse.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 id=\"elementor-tab-title-1354\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" T\u00e9cnicos Administrativos em Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Servidores Docentes, perante preenchimento do termo de
