A abordagem adotada para o desenvolvimento da ferramenta foi reunir conhecimentos em design da informa\u00e7\u00e3o e em especificidades relativas \u00e0 constru\u00e7\u00e3o de edifica\u00e7\u00f5es, tais como planos diretores, leis espec\u00edficas de uso do solo, custos de constru\u00e7\u00e3o e pre\u00e7os de venda.
