O setor respons\u00e1vel por acompanhar os processos avaliativos e gerenciar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es do Formul\u00e1rio e-MEC \u00e9 o <a style=\"font-size: 16px;background-color: var(--bs-body-bg);text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align);color: #204c90\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/prograd\/nucleo-de-avaliacao-externa-e-regulacao\/\">N\u00facleo de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o Externa e Regula\u00e7\u00e3o (NAER)<\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px;background-color: var(--bs-body-bg);text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align)\"> da PROGRAD<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 1rem;background-color: var(--bs-body-bg);text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align)\">. As Coordena\u00e7\u00f5es de Curso e a <\/span><a style=\"font-size: 1rem;background-color: var(--bs-body-bg);text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/prograd\/code\/\">Coordenadoria de Desenvolvimento do Ensino (CODE)<\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 1rem;background-color: var(--bs-body-bg);text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align)\"> da PROGRAD tamb\u00e9m podem ter informa\u00e7\u00f5es, especialmente no que se refere \u00e0 sele\u00e7\u00e3o de bibliografias de curso. A\u00a0<a style=\"font-size: 1rem;background-color: var(--bs-body-bg);text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/proplan\/coplai\/\">Coordenadoria de Planejamento e Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o Institucional (COPLAI)<\/a> da PROPLAN \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pela avalia\u00e7\u00e3o interna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A reuni\u00e3o das informa\u00e7\u00f5es aqui apresentadas foi organizada pelo Grupo de Trabalho Estudos sobre os Instrumentos de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o ao Ensino Superior nos processos relacionados \u00e0s bibliotecas da UFSM (Ordem de servi\u00e7o BC n. 01\/2019), cujos integrantes foram Deisir\u00e9 Amaral Lobo, Fernando Pires e Jus\u00e9lia Paula da Silva. Ap\u00f3s a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o deste material, o grupo foi encerrado e a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da p\u00e1gina foi delegada ao restante da equipe bibliotec\u00e1ria da UFSM.<\/p>\n<p al\u00e9m dos indicadores 3.6 e 3.7<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<p><!-- \/wp:tadv\/classic-paragraph --><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div tomada de decis\u00e3o sobre a gest\u00e3o de bibliografias b\u00e1sicas e complementares pelo N\u00facleo Docente Estruturante (NDE), um grupo com atribui\u00e7\u00f5es acad\u00eamicas de acompanhamento, atuante no processo de concep\u00e7\u00e3o, consolida\u00e7\u00e3o e cont\u00ednua atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto pedag\u00f3gico do curso. \u00c9 importante que gestores e equipes das bibliotecas se mantenham atualizados sobre o andamento de agenda de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, o instrumento de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e as normativas correlatas. A inclus\u00e3o dos peri\u00f3dicos tem agora um car\u00e1ter qualificador no curr\u00edculo do curso e sua indica\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser justificada. A decis\u00e3o por indicar ou n\u00e3o peri\u00f3dicos no PPC do curso \u00e9 do NDE, com consci\u00eancia das metas a alcan\u00e7ar e dos riscos assumidos.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: var(--bs-body-bg);color: #000000;font-size: 1rem;text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align)\">Deve-se observar que, para o alcance de nota 4 ou 5 nos indicadores 3.6 e 3.7 (veja acima), deve haver a inclus\u00e3o de peri\u00f3dicos especializados, assim como a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de ades\u00e3o de assinaturas que acrescentem qualidade \u00e0 base curricular do curso.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"background-color: var(--bs-body-bg);color: #000000;font-size: 1rem;text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align)\">Nem o <\/span><a style=\"font-size: 1rem;text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align)\" href=\"https:\/\/www-periodicos-capes-gov-br.ez47.periodicos.capes.gov.br\/index.php?\">Portal de Peri\u00f3dicos da CAPES<\/a><span style=\"background-color: var(--bs-body-bg);color: #000000;font-size: 1rem;text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align)\"> nem o <\/span><a style=\"font-size: 1rem;text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scielo.br\/\">SciELO<\/a><span style=\"background-color: var(--bs-body-bg);color: #000000;font-size: 1rem;text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align)\"> apresentam garantias de continuidade de acesso dos t\u00edtulos, ou indicam por quanto tempo os peri\u00f3dicos estar\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis. As assinaturas formalizadas com o Portal de Peri\u00f3dicos da CAPES n\u00e3o s\u00e3o gerenciadas pela UFSM, mas aquele \u00f3rg\u00e3o <\/span><a style=\"font-size: 1rem;text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align)\" href=\"https:\/\/www-periodicos-capes-gov-br.ez47.periodicos.capes.gov.br\/index.php\/sobre\/conteudo-contratado.html\">permite a consulta nos contratos vigentes atrav\u00e9s de uma p\u00e1gina de transpar\u00eancia<\/a><span style=\"background-color: var(--bs-body-bg);color: #000000;font-size: 1rem;text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align)\">. Essa recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o vale, tamb\u00e9m, para os casos dos peri\u00f3dicos de acesso gratuito, disponibilizados diretamente pela institui\u00e7\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel ou pelos agregadores como Scielo. Dessa\u00a0 forma, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que sejam listados os nomes e ISSN das revistas, jornais, boletins, etc. e n\u00e3o o nome da biblioteca virtual ou dos reposit\u00f3rios.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 1rem;background-color: var(--bs-body-bg);text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align)\">Outros aspectos que devem ser observados na contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de assinaturas s\u00e3o a forma de acesso ao seu conte\u00fado (se local ou remoto atrav\u00e9s da internet) e se a editora tem um plano de conting\u00eancia (por exemplo, quais s\u00e3o suas garantias quanto a acesso e continuidade). Isto \u00e9, o acervo das bibliotecas pode ser totalmente impresso, digital ou misto, pois, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/inep\/pt-br\/assuntos\/noticias\/avaliacao-in-loco\/acervo-das-instituicoes-de-educacao-superior-pode-ser-fisico-virtual-ou-misto\">conforme not\u00edcia do INEP em 2022<\/a>, &#8220;[\u2026] para fins de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, a diferen\u00e7a entre as duas modalidades de acervo n\u00e3o causa impacto na op\u00e7\u00e3o por um conceito avaliativo por parte da comiss\u00e3o avaliadora&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify\">A op\u00e7\u00e3o e decis\u00e3o por se indicar t\u00edtulos dispon\u00edveis exclusivamente de forma eletr\u00f4nica \u00e9 de responsabilidade do NDE, considerando as garantias de acesso que a UFSM tem \u00e0 sua disposi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Sobre tais garantias, exigidas no instrumento de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, deve ser considerado:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o para s\u00e3o adquiridas por assinatura (isto \u00e9, o acesso ao seu conte\u00fado \u00e9 v\u00e1lido apenas enquanto durar o contrato) ou por compra perp\u00e9tua (ou seja, o acesso ao seu conte\u00fado \u00e9 permanente, n\u00e3o dependendo de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de
