Al\u00e9m disso, contempla memorandos que sejam recebidos em papel, os quais podem ser digitalizados e inclu\u00eddos, com a continuidade da tramita\u00e7\u00e3o por meio do PEN-SIE. Desta forma, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel interromper a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica para a convers\u00e3o na tramita\u00e7\u00e3o decis\u00f5es tomadas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao objeto de an\u00e1lise do documento. Selecione: Aluno, Fornecedor, Outro, Servidor e\/ou Unidade administrativa. Pode-se incluir um memorando que est\u00e1 sendo produzido na unidade, ou um memorando que j\u00e1 foi recebido em papel. A resposta ao memorando ser\u00e1 devolvida pelo PEN.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O memorando a ser criado n\u00e3o necessita ser impresso, pois pode ser assinado eletronicamente no sistema. Para isso, basta gerar um PDF do memorando, nos mesmos moldes que se faria caso fosse ser impresso, e fazer o <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">upload<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> desse PDF no sistema. J\u00e1 o que foi recebido em papel, pode ser digitalizado e inclu\u00eddo, para fins de acompanhamento.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Caso for necess\u00e1rio, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel acrescentar documentos n\u00e3o previstos, no item \u2018inserir outros documentos\u2019.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel o tipo \u2018Memorando de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o entre Unidades\u2019, mas caso a unidade queira inserir algum outro tipo de memorando mais espec\u00edfico, basta solicitar nos servi\u00e7os da p\u00e1gina do PEN (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/orgaos-suplementares\/dag\/pen\/servicos\/inclusao-de-novos-tipos-documentais\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">dispon\u00edvel aqui<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">) .\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Os demais itens a serem inseridos, basta clicar na op\u00e7\u00e3o \u2018inserir outros documentos\u2019. Se n\u00e3o estiver dispon\u00edvel a op\u00e7\u00e3o de tipo de item necess\u00e1ria, basta incluir em outros documentos, e solicitar o cadastramento nos servi\u00e7os da p\u00e1gina do PEN (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/orgaos-suplementares\/dag\/pen\/servicos\/inclusao-de-novos-tipos-documentais\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">dispon\u00edvel aqui<\/span><\/a><span <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">upload<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> do memorando digital em PDF, deve-se informar que o documento foi \u2018gerado eletronicamente\u2019 e \u2018sem autentica\u00e7\u00e3o\u2019, pois ser\u00e1 posteriormente assinado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">J\u00e1 se o <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">upload <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">for de um memorando j\u00e1 assinado em papel e digitalizado, deve-se marcar \u2018digitalizado\u2019 e o tipo de confer\u00eancia respectiva, como \u2018original\u2019, se for o caso.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A guarda do documento \u00e9 da UFSM, e ir\u00e1 mostrar a unidade que est\u00e1 incluindo o mesmo (Unidade Respons\u00e1vel pela guarda).<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
