O memorando n\u00e3o necessita ser impresso, pois pode ser assinado eletronicamente no sistema.<\/li><li>Caso for necess\u00e1rio, pode-se acrescentar documentos n\u00e3o previstos no item &#8216;inserir outros documentos&#8217;.<\/li><li>Est\u00e3o dispon\u00b4\u00edveis v\u00e1rios tipos de Atas j\u00e1 identificadas pelo DAG. Deve-se selecionar a espec\u00edfica para cada caso. Se n\u00e3o estiver dispon\u00edvel a op\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria, basta incluir em outros documentos, e solicitar o cadastramento nos servi\u00e7os da p\u00e1gina do PEN (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/orgaos-suplementares\/dag\/pen\/servicos\/inclusao-de-novos-tipos-documentais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dispon\u00edvel aqui<\/a>).<\/li><li>Nos casos de Bancas de Defesas, pode-se optar por tramitar sem a Ata, para que o orientador inclua o arquivo. Neste caso, a Secretaria pode apenas incluir em Memorando com as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias.<\/li><li>Em casos de Defesas por Parecer, basta incluir o Arquivo na referida identifica\u00e7\u00e3o, sem a necessidade de Ata.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section &#8216;gerado eletronicamente&#8217; e &#8216;sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o&#8217;, pois ser\u00e1 posteriormente assinado.<\/p><ul><li>A guarda do documento \u00e9 da UFSM, e ir\u00e1 buscar a unidade que est\u00e1 incluindo o mesmo.\u00a0<\/li><li>Na pergunta se o documento \u00e9 assinado, deve-se analisar se a pessoa que est\u00e1 incluindo j\u00e1 ir\u00e1 efetuar a assinatura, caso o contr\u00e1rio, marcar n\u00e3o.<\/li><li>A pergunta sobre informa\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais <b>n\u00e3o s\u00e3o aplic\u00e1veis \u00e0s Atas<\/b>, que n\u00e3o devem constar dados pessoais na sua
