na edi\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba. 193, Se\u00e7\u00e3o 1 do DOU de 08\/10\/2015, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: black; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">os \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Federal tem o prazo de 180 (cento e oitenta) dias para adequa\u00e7\u00e3o da norma e procedimentos para o desenvolvimento das atividades<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"> de protocolo.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; text-indent: 45pt; line-height: 1.3em;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: black; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">As atividades de protocolo referem-se a um conjunto de opera\u00e7\u00f5es, como recebimento, classifica\u00e7\u00e3o, registro, distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, tramita\u00e7\u00e3o e expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos avulsos ou processos<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">, que <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: black; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">visam o controle da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o institucional produzida ou recebida, no \u00e2mbito dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Federal<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><span style=\"text-indent: 45pt; line-height: 1.3em; font-size: 11pt; color: black; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">A Divis\u00e3o de Protocolo dever\u00e1 implementar os novos procedimentos &nbsp;<strong>a partir de janeiro de 2016<\/strong>, assim como a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do<\/span><span style=\"text-indent: 45pt; line-height: 1.3em; font-size: 11pt; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"> N\u00famero \u00danico de Protocolo &#8211; NUP para atender o disposto <span style=\"color: black;\">na <\/span><\/span><strong style=\"text-indent: 45pt; font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: black; font-weight: normal; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">Portaria Interministerial n\u00ba 2.321\/2014.<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"text-indent: 45pt; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.3em;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: black; font-weight: normal; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">Os \u00f3rg\u00e3os envolvidos com a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das normativas s\u00e3o Departamento de Arquivo Geral e Centro de Processamento de Dados, com o apoio da Comiss\u00e3o de Implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do Projeto de Informatiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Gest\u00e3o, Preserva\u00e7\u00e3o e acesso aos documentos arquiv\u00edsticos da UFSM.<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; text-indent: 45pt; line-height: 1.3em;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: black; font-weight: normal; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">Para divulga\u00e7\u00e3o e cumprimento desses atos legais ser\u00e1 elaborado pela equipe da Divis\u00e3o de Protocolo do Departamento de Arquivo Geral, uma nova vers\u00e3o do \u201cManual de Normas e Procedimentos Gerais das Atividades de Protocolo na UFSM\u201d, para posterior distribui\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 todas as unidades\/subunidades da institui\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 45pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 45pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;
