Hoje, com a constru\u00e7\u00e3o em est\u00e1gio avan\u00e7ado, a cidade se prepara para receber um espa\u00e7o de conex\u00e3o, onde a universidade, empresas, governo e sociedade poder\u00e3o colaborar em prol do desenvolvimento tecnol\u00f3gico e socioecon\u00f4mico da cidade.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Projetado para ser um ambiente din\u00e2mico e colaborativo, o Hub fortalecer\u00e1 a comunidade acad\u00eamica e a cultura empreendedora, impulsionando startups e neg\u00f3cios inovadores. Com sua capacidade de integrar diferentes atores do ecossistema, ele se tornar\u00e1 um catalisador de oportunidades, desde a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de empregos at\u00e9 a escalonagem de tecnologias desenvolvidas na UFSM para o mercado. Essa sinergia n\u00e3o apenas atrair\u00e1 empresas e talentos, como tamb\u00e9m consolidar\u00e1 Santa Maria como um polo de inova\u00e7\u00e3o, diversificando a matriz econ\u00f4mica regional.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Com um investimento de R$5,3 milh\u00f5es da Financiadora de Estudos e Projetos (FINEP), essa iniciativa refor\u00e7a o compromisso de fomentar a competitividade, a intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre pesquisa e mercado e a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma sociedade baseada no conhecimento.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O Hub de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o do InovaTec UFSM ser\u00e1 muito mais que um edif\u00edcio:
