Limpar com compressas macias todo sangue e secre\u00e7\u00f5es vis\u00edveis no RN. A compressa deve ser utilizada de forma suave, com cuidado ao limpar as secre\u00e7\u00f5es, para n\u00e3o lesar a pele delicada da crian\u00e7a e evitar uma poss\u00edvel contamina\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Se necess\u00e1rio, aspirar delicadamente as vias a\u00e9reas do RN, evitando traumatismos em mucosas;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aspirar delicadamente o conte\u00fado g\u00e1strico de l\u00edquido amni\u00f3tico (se necess\u00e1rio) com sonda oral, evitando traumatismos. Se houver presen\u00e7a de sangue, realizar lavagem g\u00e1strica com soro fisiol\u00f3gico;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Colocar o RN junto \u00e0 m\u00e3e o mais brevemente poss\u00edvel;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Coletar amostra de sangue perif\u00e9rico para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de CV-HIV;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Iniciar profilaxia antirretroviral conforme classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o ao HIV (baixo ou alto risco);<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Orientar a n\u00e3o amamenta\u00e7\u00e3o e inibir a lacta\u00e7\u00e3o com medicamento (cabergolina).<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section baixo peso).<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5d52e7a elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"5d52e7a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div conjunto<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> em per\u00edodo integral, com o intuito de fortalecer o v\u00ednculo m\u00e3e-filho;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Iniciar ainda na maternidade o monitoramento laboratorial em todas as crian\u00e7as expostas (independentemente de serem pr\u00e9-termo ou n\u00e3o), considerando a possibilidade de efeitos adversos aos ARV utilizados pela m\u00e3e;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A alta da maternidade \u00e9 acompanhada de <\/span><b>consulta agendada em servi\u00e7o especializado <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">para seguimento de crian\u00e7as expostas ao HIV;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>O comparecimento a essa consulta precisa ser monitorado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Em caso de n\u00e3o comparecimento, contatar a pu\u00e9rpera. A data da primeira consulta \u00e9 idealmente na primeira semana de vida, en\u00e3o deve ser superior a 15 dias ap\u00f3s o nascimento.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Preencher as fichas de notifica\u00e7\u00e3o da \u201cCrian\u00e7a exposta ao HIV\u201d <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">e envi\u00e1-las ao n\u00facleo de vigil\u00e2ncia epidemiol\u00f3gica competente.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-79acc6d elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"79acc6d\" exposi\u00e7\u00e3o ao HIV (comprometendo o sigilo), uma vez que se trata de um documento comumente manuseado pela fam\u00edlia e algumas vezes requerido no trabalho dos progenitores para libera\u00e7\u00e3o do sal\u00e1rio-fam\u00edlia e para frequ\u00eancia \u00e0 creche.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
