O evento resulta de um esfor\u00e7o conjunto da PRA, DEMAPA e DCF com os seguintes objetivos:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #808080;\">&nbsp;&#8211; Capacitar servidores, mediante uma abordagem pr\u00e1tica, para planejar, realizar procedimentos de compras e gest\u00e3o de bens e servi\u00e7os, visando melhor atender as necessidades das unidades solicitantes da UFSM. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #808080;\">&#8211; Fornecer informa\u00e7\u00f5es relativas \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o e procedimentos para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de compras no servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico federal;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #808080;\">&#8211; Orientar \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o da despesa, nas fases de empenho, liquida\u00e7\u00e3o e pagamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #808080;\">&#8211; Orientar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do or\u00e7amento na UFSM.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #808080;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #808080;\">Para a UFSM como um todo, espera-se que o planejamento, a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos de compras e a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o das aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es contribuam para maximizar o uso dos recursos or\u00e7ament\u00e1rios e bem atender as necessidades da institui\u00e7\u00e3o.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #808080;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #808080;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #808080;\">O curso \u00e9 presencial em Santa Maria, RS, contando com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 42 servidores.
