Na \u00faltima quarta-feira (17), os participantes do Projeto Caf\u00e9 com Letras reuniram-se na sede da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Selecionadores de Materiais Recicl\u00e1veis de Santa Maria (ASMAR) para o encerramento das atividades de 2025. O encontro teve como objetivo celebrar o percurso formativo constru\u00eddo ao longo do ano, fortalecendo v\u00ednculos, o di\u00e1logo e o reconhecimento das aprendizagens coletivas.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

O encontro tamb\u00e9m contou com um momento de troca de presente, no qual os participantes\u00a0 compartilharam caracter\u00edsticas e pistas que possibilitaram a descoberta dos presenteados, promovendo risadas, curiosidade e entrosamento . Ap\u00f3s a revela\u00e7\u00e3o e a troca dos presentes, o grupo celebrou os anivers\u00e1rios do m\u00eas de dezembro, em um gesto coletivo de carinho e reconhecimento, marcado por votos de felicidades.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Em seguida, os participantes vivenciaram um momento de confraterniza\u00e7\u00e3o em clima de descontra\u00e7\u00e3o, com bolo, salgados, m\u00fasica e conversas que fortaleceram os v\u00ednculos constru\u00eddos ao longo do ano, celebrando as conquistas, os aprendizados e as experi\u00eancias compartilhadas em 2025.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

O Caf\u00e9 com Letras \u00e9 um projeto de extens\u00e3o coordenado pela professora Jane Schumacher, vinculado ao Observat\u00f3rio de Direitos Humanos da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM), em parceria com a ASMAR. Desenvolvido por meio de encontros semanais, a iniciativa busca promover a alfabetiza\u00e7\u00e3o e o fortalecimento da autoestima e da autonomia de trabalhadores associados \u00e0 ASMAR, proporcionando oportunidades de leitura, escrita e amplia\u00e7\u00e3o de saberes em um ambiente acolhedor diretamente no local de trabalho.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Desde o in\u00edcio em 2024, o projeto tem reunido participantes todas as quartas-feiras para atividades educativas que fortalecem n\u00e3o apenas o dom\u00ednio da leitura e escrita, mas tamb\u00e9m o protagonismo social e comunit\u00e1rio dos envolvidos, integrando educa\u00e7\u00e3o, direitos humanos e cultura em um processo cont\u00ednuo de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
