Na oportunidade, ser\u00e3o discutidos problemas atinentes \u00e0 falta de efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o de Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas para as comunidades negras, que vivenciam a exclus\u00e3o e invisibilidade, especialmente em contextos de etnias predominantemente europeias. Estar\u00e3o reunidas lideran\u00e7as de todas as 16 comunidades quilombolas, dos munic\u00edpios da Quarta Col\u00f4nia (Restinga Seca, Nova Palma, Dona Francisca, S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o do Pol\u00easine e Faxinal do Soturno), al\u00e9m de Formigueiro, S\u00e3o Sep\u00e9 e Santa Maria. S\u00e3o convidados os dirigentes do Conselho de Desenvolvimento Negro do RS, Sr. M\u00e1rcio Luis Rosa de Oliveira, e da ONG Instituto de Assessoria \u00e0s Comunidades Remanescentes de Quilombo, Sr. Ubirajara carvalho Toledo, bem como a artista pl\u00e1stica Raianny Silva, lideran\u00e7a da ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o Vila Resist\u00eancia, que falara em nome da Teia dos Povos.
