A Conecta.UFSM<\/b> \u00e9 uma iniciativa da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM), atrav\u00e9s da Pr\u00f3-Reitoria de Extens\u00e3o (PRE), para o relacionamento entre academia e sociedade. Por meio da plataforma, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel que os cidad\u00e3os das cidades abrangidas pela institui\u00e7\u00e3o possam apresentar \u00e0 UFSM suas demandas pontuais para que servidores da institui\u00e7\u00e3o possam articular a\u00e7\u00f5es para a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o dessas quest\u00f5es. Aliada ao F\u00f3rum Regional Permanente de Extens\u00e3o, a plataforma tamb\u00e9m permite que a Universidade conhe\u00e7a os problemas e as demandas sociais, e explore as suas potencialidades de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Neste primeiro momento, devido \u00e0 pandemia de COVID-19, o acesso ao Conecta.UFSM acontece exclusivamente atrav\u00e9s do site da Pr\u00f3-Reitoria de Extens\u00e3o. No site da plataforma, o demandante pode apresentar suas quest\u00f5es pelo formul\u00e1rio eletr\u00f4nico ou encaminhar pelo e-mail da a\u00e7\u00e3o. N\u00e3o. A UFSM tentar\u00e1 atender ao m\u00e1ximo de solicitais enviados pelos membros da sociedade, respeitando a capacidade de atua\u00e7\u00e3o e de articula\u00e7\u00e3o interna. Entretanto, n\u00e3o poder\u00e3o ser atendidas aquelas a\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o tiverem coordenadores ou que n\u00e3o se enquadrarem nas proposi\u00e7\u00f5es da Plataforma. Se n\u00e3o for poss\u00edvel, no momento, atender \u00e0 solicita\u00e7\u00e3o demandada, a PRE entrar\u00e1 em contato para informar e registrar\u00e1 o pedido em um banco para posteriores an\u00e1lises \u2013 semelhante a uma lista de espera.<\/span><\/p>

Se a resposta for positiva, a PRE far\u00e1 a liga\u00e7\u00e3o entre demandante e servidor por meio de um primeiro contato para explicar o pedido. Sim! Em linhas gerais, a Extens\u00e3o universit\u00e1ria \u00e9 o elo entre a Universidade e a Sociedade. Dessa forma, a\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas da institui\u00e7\u00e3o nas comunidades podem ser enquadradas como atividades extensionistas.<\/p>
