alus\u00e3o ao dia 28 de outubro, no qual \u00e9 comemorado o Dia do Servidor P\u00fablico, a Pr\u00f3-Reitoria de Gest\u00e3o de Pessoas da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria promove, anualmente, a Semana do Servidor P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>O evento, que teve in\u00edcio em 2010, tem como objetivos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Homenagear servidores p\u00fablicos, ativos e aposentados da UFSM, proporcionando a estes momentos de reflex\u00e3o, informa\u00e7\u00e3o e integra\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li>\n<li>Auxiliar no resgate da autoestima, informando aos servidores sobre a import\u00e2ncia de cultivar momentos de dedica\u00e7\u00e3o ao trabalho com momentos de lazer, como sess\u00f5es no planet\u00e1rio, visita ao jardim bot\u00e2nico, oficinas, etc.;<\/li>\n<li>Proporcionar momentos de debates na institui\u00e7\u00e3o que promovam a reflex\u00e3o do sentido do viver humano e do cotidiano de trabalho; e<\/li>\n<li>Promover a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores em eventos culturais permitindo aos servidores mostrarem os potenciais, divulgando seus talentos.<\/li>\n<li>Estimular a pr\u00e1tica de exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos como forma de promo\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0
