class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Esta p\u00e1gina tem como objetivo apresentar a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de cursos indicados que devem ser realizados pelos servidores no per\u00edodo das f\u00e9rias acad\u00eamicas da UFSM, conforme estabelecido pela Portaria Normativa UFSM n\u00ba 085\/2024.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcc5<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Per\u00edodo<\/span>:&nbsp;12\/12\/2025 a 27\/02\/2026<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Para fins de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o, os servidores dever\u00e3o realizar os cursos exclusivamente durante o per\u00edodo de redu\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades presenciais na UFSM e fora do hor\u00e1rio de trabalho, respeitando as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es institucionais.<\/li>\n<li>De maneira justificada, os(as) servidores(as) poder\u00e3o realizar cursos diversos do previsto na rela\u00e7\u00e3o indicada, desde que haja anu\u00eancia da chefia imediata e estejam alinhados ao desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias relativas \u00e0 sua unidade de exerc\u00edcio e ao seu cargo efetivo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- wp:tadv\/classic-paragraph
