class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"73\">A Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM), por meio da Pr\u00f3-Reitoria de Gest\u00e3o de Pessoas (Progep) e da Pr\u00f3-Reitoria de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o e Empreendedorismo (Proinova), anuncia o lan\u00e7amento do <\/span><strong><span class=\"bold ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"259\">Programa INOVAGENTE UFSM<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"283\">, com o objetivo de <\/span><span class=\"bold ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"303\">fomentar ideias inovadoras no \u00e2mbito da gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica da UFSM.<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"365\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph normal ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start-index=\"73\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"365\">O programa visa, entre outros, estimular o desenvolvimento de solu\u00e7\u00f5es replic\u00e1veis, criar um banco de boas pr\u00e1ticas, promover a sinergia entre unidades administrativas, incentivar a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica de ideias inovadoras, valorizar os(as) servidores(as), incentivar a inova\u00e7\u00e3o no ambiente de trabalho, melhorar a qualidade de vida dos(as) servidores(as) e aumentar a qualidade do servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico<span style=\"background-color: #f0f0f0\">.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div data-start-index=\"73\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"752\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"752\">O Programa INOVAGENTE UFSM contempla <\/span><span class=\"bold ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"789\">duas modalidades distintas de projetos<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"827\">:<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"bullet normal ng-star-inserted\">\u2022<span class=\"bold ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"828\">Projetos Gerais:<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"844\"> Destinados ao desenvolvimento de solu\u00e7\u00f5es inovadoras para os diversos desafios administrativos da UFSM, visando a melhoria da gest\u00e3o e o aumento da efici\u00eancia nos processos internos.<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1026\"> Estes projetos n\u00e3o necessitam obrigatoriamente do uso de tecnologias de ponta e focam na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas administrativas replic\u00e1veis.<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1164\"> As propostas podem abranger a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de processos, a reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os, a melhoria da qualidade de vida dos servidores e o aprimoramento do atendimento \u00e0 comunidade acad\u00eamica.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"bullet normal ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\u2022<span class=\"bold ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1354\">Projetos com Intelig\u00eancia Artificial:<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1391\"> Direcionados \u00e0 utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de ferramentas de intelig\u00eancia artificial para promover a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital da gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica na UFSM. <\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1523\">Estas iniciativas devem buscar a automa\u00e7\u00e3o de processos, a an\u00e1lise de grandes volumes de dados, a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os por meio de sistemas inteligentes e a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de solu\u00e7\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicas que tragam ganhos em agilidade, precis\u00e3o e efic\u00e1cia<span style=\"background-color: #f0f0f0\">.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1775\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1775\">O <\/span><span class=\"bold ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1777\">p\u00fablico-alvo<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1789\"> do programa s\u00e3o os <\/span><span class=\"bold ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1809\">servidores(as) ativos(as) da UFSM<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1842\">, que poder\u00e3o submeter propostas individualmente ou em equipes.<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1904\"> Ser\u00e3o financiadas tanto iniciativas novas quanto iniciativas existentes que ainda n\u00e3o foram replicadas.<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2008\">\u00a0Uma <\/span><span class=\"bold ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2014\">iniciativa nova<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2029\"> \u00e9 aquela que ainda n\u00e3o foi colocada em pr\u00e1tica e tem potencial de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o institucional, enquanto uma <\/span><span class=\"bold ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2138\">iniciativa existente que ainda n\u00e3o foi replicada<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2186\"> \u00e9 aquela j\u00e1 implementada em uma unidade, com potencial de expans\u00e3o para outras.<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2265\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div data-start-index=\"1775\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph normal ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start-index=\"2405\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2405\">Ser\u00e1 destinado um montante total de <\/span><span class=\"bold ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2441\">at\u00e9 R$ 160.000,00<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2458\"> para esta chamada, com previs\u00e3o de financiamento de <\/span><span class=\"bold ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2511\">at\u00e9 05 iniciativas de projetos gerais<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2548\"> e <\/span><span class=\"bold ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2551\">at\u00e9 03 iniciativas de projetos com intelig\u00eancia artificial<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2609\">, com as maiores notas de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2644\">\u00a0Cada proposta poder\u00e1 solicitar um <\/span><span class=\"bold ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2680\">valor m\u00e1ximo de R$ 20.000,00<span style=\"background-color: #f0f0f0\">.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div data-start-index=\"2405\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2709\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2709\">Conforme prev\u00ea o Edital n\u00ba 023\/2025, que rege o Programa, os(as) servidores(as) interessados(as) devem submeter suas iniciativas mediante o envio de <\/span><span class=\"bold ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2808\">Projeto Detalhado <\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2835\">e de <\/span><span class=\"bold ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2841\">Termo de Ci\u00eancia e Concord\u00e2ncia da chefia. As submiss\u00f5es<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2926\"> devem ser feitas por e-mail para <\/span><span class=\"bold ng-star-inserted\"
