href=\"https:\/\/portal.ufsm.br\/documentos\/download.html?action=componente&amp;download=false&amp;id=4517857\">Portaria Normativa UFSM N. 85\/2024<\/a>, de 22 de agosto de 2024, que estabelece orienta\u00e7\u00f5es&nbsp;para o cumprimento de atividades de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o para os(as) t\u00e9cnico-administrativos(as) em educa\u00e7\u00e3o para o per\u00edodo de f\u00e9rias acad\u00eamicas, a Pr\u00f3-Reitoria de Gest\u00e3o de Pessoas informa que a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de cursos de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o indicada para o per\u00edodo das f\u00e9rias acad\u00eamicas de ver\u00e3o de 2026 est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel no link:<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #1c1c1c;font-size: 16px;text-align: center\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/15.0.3\/svg\/1f517.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd17\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/progep\/relacao-de-capacitacoes-verao-2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rela\u00e7\u00e3o de Capacita\u00e7\u00f5es Indicadas para o Per\u00edodo de F\u00e9rias Acad\u00eamicas &#8211; Ver\u00e3o 2026<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #1c1c1c;font-size: 16px\">De maneira justificada, os(as) servidores(as) poder\u00e3o realizar cursos diversos do previsto na rela\u00e7\u00e3o indicada, desde que haja anu\u00eancia da chefia imediata e estejam alinhados ao desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias relativas \u00e0 sua unidade de exerc\u00edcio e ao seu cargo efetivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #1c1c1c;font-size: 16px\">Os cursos dever\u00e3o ser realizados exclusivamente durante o per\u00edodo de f\u00e9rias acad\u00eamicas, ou seja, no per\u00edodo de&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">12\/12\/2025 a 27\/02\/2026<\/span>.&nbsp;Para servidores lotados no Col\u00e9gio Polit\u00e9cnico, Col\u00e9gio T\u00e9cnico Industrial de Santa Maria (CTISM) e Unidade de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Infantil Ip\u00ea Amarelo, o per\u00edodo deve ser adaptado conforme os calend\u00e1rios aprovados nos respectivos Conselhos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #1c1c1c;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px;text-align: justify\">As atividades administrativas dever\u00e3o ser cumpridas pelos(as) servidores(as) de segunda a sexta-feira, em jornada de 6 horas corridas, sem intervalos, no turno matutino, com t\u00e9rmino no m\u00e1ximo \u00e0s 14h30, sendo que o hor\u00e1rio ser\u00e1 estabelecido entre as chefias imediatas e os(as) servidores(as).&nbsp; A carga hor\u00e1ria di\u00e1ria de 2 (duas) horas dever\u00e1 ser compensada mediante a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o das capacita\u00e7\u00f5es indicadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #1c1c1c;font-size: 16px\">No per\u00edodo, conforme a Portaria Normativa supracitada, havendo interesse premente ou necessidade de servi\u00e7o, a crit\u00e9rio da chefia imediata ou da autoridade superior, os(as) servidores(as) registram jornada pelo ponto eletr\u00f4nico quanto os que atuam em PGD, devem comprovar a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o das capacita\u00e7\u00f5es<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0mediante <\/span><b>abono de horas <\/b>no <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.ufsm.br\/pontoufsm\/menu.html\">Sistema de Ponto Eletr\u00f4nico<\/a><b>.\u00a0<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Selecionar o tipo de abono <strong data-start=\"337\" data-end=\"354\">\u201cCapacita\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d<\/strong>, indicando o nome do curso realizado e <strong data-start=\"393\" data-end=\"430\">anexando o certificado de conclus\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Cada curso pode gerar apenas um abono correspondente \u00e0 sua carga hor\u00e1ria total, n\u00e3o sendo necess\u00e1rio registrar abonos di\u00e1rios de 2 horas.<\/li><li>As solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de abono devem ser <strong data-start=\"566\" data-end=\"588\">feitas mensalmente<\/strong>, conforme a carga hor\u00e1ria a compensar em cada A Portaria Normativa prev\u00ea que a jornada de trabalho presencial deve ser de seis horas corridas, sem intervalo.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>O servidor pode organizar a escala de trabalho para trabalhar um dia integral e folgar no outro dia?<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> N\u00e3o. A Portaria Normativa n\u00e3o prev\u00ea esta modalidade. As atividades administrativas dever\u00e3o ser realizadas diariamente em jornada de seis horas corridas, sem intervalo.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>O servidor que n\u00e3o aderir ao hor\u00e1rio de f\u00e9rias acad\u00eamicas precisa fazer algum ajuste no Polare? <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">N\u00e3o. Dever\u00e1 registrar as atividades normalmente.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">O servidor que possui carga hor\u00e1ria inferior a 40 horas semanais poder\u00e1 fazer parte da jornada com curso de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o?\u00a0<\/span>N\u00e3o, a Portaria Normativa destaca que os servidores com jornada de trabalho reduzida n\u00e3o fazem jus ao hor\u00e1rio reduzido durante as f\u00e9rias acad\u00eamicas.<\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Se o servidor estiver em f\u00e9rias ou licen\u00e7a em parte do per\u00edodo de hor\u00e1rio f\u00e9rias acad\u00eamicas, qual a carga hor\u00e1ria necess\u00e1ria\u00a0 de cursos de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/span>\u00a0O servidor dever\u00e1 descontar os dias de afastamento ou f\u00e9rias do c\u00e1lculo das horas necess\u00e1rias e<span style=\"color: #1c1c1c;font-size: 16px\">\u00a0realizar os cursos com carga hor\u00e1ria referente aos dias efetivamente trabalhados em hor\u00e1rio de f\u00e9rias acad\u00eamicas.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">\u00a0O servidor pode utilizar um curso conclu\u00eddo anteriormente a 12\/12\/2025?<\/span>\u00a0N\u00e3o. Os cursos dever\u00e3o ser conclu\u00eddos exclusivamente no per\u00edodo\u00a0<span style=\"color: #1c1c1c;font-size: 16px\">de 12\/12\/2025 a 27\/02\/2026..<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Se com o PGD n\u00e3o h\u00e1 a necessidade do ponto, por que existe a necessidade de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos cursos? <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Apesar de no PGD n\u00e3o haver a necessidade de controle da jornada de trabalho em termos de horas, h\u00e1 a necessidade de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de entregas equivalente \u00e0 jornada de trabalho do servidor. Assim, para cumprir as atividades administrativas de segunda a sexta-feira, em jornada de 6 (seis) horas corridas, sem intervalo, haver\u00e1 a necessidade de justificar o porqu\u00ea o servidor n\u00e3o est\u00e1 realizando as entregas nas duas horas faltantes da jornada di\u00e1ria de 8 horas.\u00a0<\/span>No dia que o servidor estiver em teletrabalho parcial dever\u00e1, da mesma forma, trabalhar 6 horas e as 2 horas faltantes devem ser cumpridas por meio de curso de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Se para a gest\u00e3o do PGD devemos usar o Polare, porque para o registro dos cursos devemos usar o portal do ponto eletr\u00f4nico? <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O sistema Polare, atualmente utilizado para a gest\u00e3o do PGD, ainda apresenta limita\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas, como a impossibilidade de anexar arquivos, o que inviabiliza o registro direto dos certificados de conclus\u00e3o de cursos. Por outro lado, o Portal do Ponto Eletr\u00f4nico foi estruturado para viabilizar o registro e armazenamento efetivo das informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os cursos realizados pelos servidores. Al\u00e9m de sanar essa limita\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica, o Portal do Ponto Eletr\u00f4nico oferece a vantagem de consolidar dados relevantes para a gest\u00e3o de compet\u00eancias.
