o N\u00facleo de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento da Pr\u00f3-Reitoria de Gest\u00e3o de Pessoas (NED\/PROGEP) realizou o Semin\u00e1rio de Recep\u00e7\u00e3o e Integra\u00e7\u00e3o Institucional para Novos Servidores Docentes e T\u00e9cnico-administrativos em Educa\u00e7\u00e3o da UFSM do Campus de Cachoeira do Sul.<br \/>A abertura do evento contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do Professor Paulo Afonso Burmann, Reitor da UFSM, da Administradora Paula Borges Tronco, Pr\u00f3-Reitora Substituta de Gest\u00e3o de Pessoas, e do Prosessor Jos\u00e9 Mario Soares, Diretor do Campus de Cachoeira do Sul, que deram as boas vindas aos servidores ingressantes, ressaltando a import\u00e2ncia de cada um para o desenvolvimento do Campus de Cachoeira do Sul.<br \/>O Semin\u00e1rio contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 33 servidores Docentes e T\u00e9cnico-Administrativos em Educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>Este evento \u00e9 organizado semestralmente pelo N\u00facleo de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento (NED) em Santa Maria, mas devido o grande n\u00famero de servidores ingressantes no novo campus fez-se necess\u00e1ria a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do semin\u00e1rio em Cachoeira do Sul.<br \/>A capacita\u00e7\u00e3o tem como objetivo acolher, ambientar e integrar os servidores ingressantes na Institui\u00e7\u00e3o, buscando transmitir aos mesmos os conhecimentos b\u00e1sicos necess\u00e1rios para a inser\u00e7\u00e3o no contexto acad\u00eamico, contribuindo assim, para a conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o de seu papel, enquanto servidores p\u00fablicos federais, para uma atua\u00e7\u00e3o profissional \u00e9tica, com responsabilidade e comprometimento.<br \/>A PROGEP agradece a todos que, direta ou indiretamente, colaboraram para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do evento, aos palestrantes que se disponibilizaram a compartilhar conhecimentos e experi\u00eancias com os novos colegas, e deseja aos servidores ingressantes uma trajet\u00f3ria de muito sucesso na UFSM!<br
