line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Teve in\u00edcio nesta ter\u00e7a-feira, 1\u00ba de mar\u00e7o de 2016, mais uma edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Curso de Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de Manipuladores de Alimentos do Restaurante Universit\u00e1rio da UFSM, promovido pela Pr\u00f3-Reitoria de Gest\u00e3o de Pessoas, em parceria com a Pr\u00f3-Reitoria de Assuntos Estudantis e a Dire\u00e7\u00e3o do RU.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">A abertura do evento contou com a presen\u00e7a do Magn\u00edfico Reitor, Prof. Paulo Afonso Burmann, da Pr\u00f3-Reitora de Gest\u00e3o de Pessoas, Neiva Maria Cantarelli, do Pr\u00f3-Reitor de Assuntos Estudantis, Prof. Jo\u00e3o Batista Dias de Paiva e do Diretor do Restaurante Universit\u00e1rio, Gilson Bichueti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">O curso est\u00e1 sendo realizado no Audit\u00f3rio do Anexo C do Centro de Tecnologia (CT), at\u00e9 a pr\u00f3xima quinta-feira, dia 03 de mar\u00e7o de 2016, contando com o apoio t\u00e9cnica da Multiweb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">A programa\u00e7\u00e3o tem como objetivo promover a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos colaboradores envolvidos nos servi\u00e7os de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e nutri\u00e7\u00e3o dos Restaurantes Universit\u00e1rios da UFSM, visando \u00e0 melhoria dos servi\u00e7os prestados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Neste primeiro dia de curso os participantes assistiram \u00e0 palestra de abertura proferida pelo Prof. Flavi Ferreira Lisb\u00f4a Filho, com o tema &#8220;Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e Relacionamento&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Nos pr\u00f3ximos dias de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o abordados os seguintes temas: Servi\u00e7o de Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o, Higiene pessoal &#8211; uniformiza\u00e7\u00e3o e uso de EPI\u00b4s, Doen\u00e7as Transmitidas por Alimentos e Manipula\u00e7\u00e3o Higi\u00eanica dos Alimentos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;
