Considerando as quest\u00f5es que envolvem as a\u00e7\u00f5es afirmativas e seus impactos pol\u00edticos e sociais, especialmente no \u00e2mbito da educa\u00e7\u00e3o, o evento, organizado pelo Observat\u00f3rio de A\u00e7\u00f5es Afirmativas da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, visa analisar e discutir os processos constituintes da forma\u00e7\u00e3o e da pr\u00e1tica docente em um contexto de diversidade \u00e9tnica e s\u00f3cio-cultural nos ambientes educacionais.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A \u00eanfase est\u00e1 nas novas caracter\u00edsticas resultantes, ao longo dos \u00faltimos anos, por decorr\u00eancia da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas mais amplas de acesso \u00e0s universidades e na produ\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0 de an\u00e1lises sobre seus efeitos na forma\u00e7\u00e3o docente e na pr\u00f3pria atua\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais, ent\u00e3o confrontados com situa\u00e7\u00f5es novas, em um processo que apresenta diferen\u00e7as com a realidade anterior e abre perspectivas anal\u00edticas e cr\u00edticas, na busca de fatores explicativos sobre o tema.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o entre a\u00e7\u00f5es afirmativas e forma\u00e7\u00e3o docente possibilita, ainda, a discuss\u00e3o, a partir de diferentes abordagens e perspectivas, de quest\u00f5es que envolvem os processos de ensino-aprendizagem em um cen\u00e1rio de diversidade, seja em universidades, seja na Educa\u00e7\u00e3o B\u00e1sica.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O II Semin\u00e1rio tamb\u00e9m discutir\u00e1 os limites e obst\u00e1culos enfrentados no processo de forma\u00e7\u00e3o docente diante desse novo contexto.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O evento, al\u00e9m disso, se constitui em um espa\u00e7o para a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o e discuss\u00e3o de trabalhos de pesquisa que tratem das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas em geral, em seus variados aspectos, abordando os processos de formula\u00e7\u00e3o, implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo pol\u00edticas de perman\u00eancia, de assist\u00eancia estudantil e pol\u00edticas sociais.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A segunda edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Semin\u00e1rio Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas e A\u00e7\u00f5es Afirmativas, portanto, objetiva proporcionar, mais uma vez, o estabelecimento de um espa\u00e7o acad\u00eamico de debate e discuss\u00e3o das quest\u00f5es que envolvem, direta e indiretamente, as pol\u00edticas de inclus\u00e3o e seus resultados, impactos e obst\u00e1culos.
