style=\"font-weight: bolder\">Programa Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o 4.0<\/span>\u00a0Embrapii busca desenvolver e aprimorar as habilidades\u00a0<em>soft skills<\/em>\u00a0de alunos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o da UFSM, preparando-os para enfrentar os desafios e aproveitar as oportunidades do mercado de trabalho, atuando nos projetos em execu\u00e7\u00e3o da unidade, bem como nas atividades de governan\u00e7a da unidade. O programa visa capacitar os participantes com habilidades e compet\u00eancias para o sucesso profissional, como comunica\u00e7\u00e3o eficaz, trabalho em equipe, lideran\u00e7a, resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas, criatividade, adapta\u00e7\u00e3o a mudan\u00e7as e gerenciamento de tempo.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px;text-align: justify\">Como m\u00e9todo para o desenvolvimento das\u00a0<em>soft skills<\/em>, neste programa a abordagem PBL (<em>Problem Based Learning<\/em>\u00a0ou\u00a0<em>Project Based Learning<\/em>) \u00e9 proposta, por meio da qual os discentes resolvem, na pr\u00e1tica (hands-on), problemas similares aos que enfrentar\u00e3o nos seus futuros campos de pesquisa. Assim fazendo, os projetos nos quais os alunos est\u00e3o inseridos se constituem como ambientes pr\u00e1ticos ideais para a formula\u00e7\u00e3o das pr\u00e1ticas hands-on. \u00c9 relevante registrar que a abordagem PBL \u00e9 recomendada neste programa pelo seu foco em projetos \u2013 neste caso, projetos de pesquisa aplicada \u2013 sendo eles os geradores dos problemas reais a serem resolvidos pelos discentes durante o desenvolvimento e\/ou o aprimoramento das suas habilidades
