A Unidade EMBRAPII IEM-UFSM atua no desenvolvimento de projetos de Pesquisa, Desenvolvimento e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o em parceria com empresas, utilizando diferentes modalidades de financiamento e composi\u00e7\u00e3o de contrapartidas. A Carteira de Gest\u00e3o com Incentivo \u00e0 Inova\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0\u00a0contempla projetos estrat\u00e9gicos estruturados a partir de mecanismos nacionais de fomento \u00e0 pesquisa, desenvolvimento e inova\u00e7\u00e3o conectando empresas, universidades e centros de pesquisa em iniciativas de alto impacto tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/p>

Nesse contexto, destacam-se os recursos oriundos de programas de obrigatoriedade regulat\u00f3ria \u2014 como os projetos de P&D do setor el\u00e9trico regulados pela\u00a0ANEEL\u00a0\u2014 al\u00e9m dos instrumentos de incentivo fiscal previstos na\u00a0Lei do Bem\u00a0e na\u00a0Lei de TICs. Esses mecanismos permitem ampliar a capacidade de investimento das empresas em inova\u00e7\u00e3o, reduzindo riscos tecnol\u00f3gicos e acelerando o desenvolvimento de solu\u00e7\u00f5es alinhadas \u00e0s demandas industriais e aos desafios estrat\u00e9gicos do pa\u00eds.<\/p>

A atua\u00e7\u00e3o integrada da EMBRAPII nesse modelo favorece a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos colaborativos, com maior previsibilidade de execu\u00e7\u00e3o, compartilhamento de infraestrutura laboratorial e fortalecimento do ecossistema nacional de inova\u00e7\u00e3o, especialmente em \u00e1reas intensivas em tecnologia e transforma\u00e7\u00e3o industrial.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

A modalidade de Carteira Gest\u00e3o representa o modelo tradicional de projetos EMBRAPII, no qual a empresa aporta parte dos recursos financeiros e a EMBRAPII complementa o investimento com recursos n\u00e3o reembols\u00e1veis.
