base na Lei n\u00ba 10.973\/2004 (Lei de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o) e na regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o interna da UFSM, especialmente a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o UFSM n\u00ba 089\/2022, Acordo de Parceria para Pesquisa, Desenvolvimento e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o (PD&amp;I) \u00e9 definido da seguinte forma:\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p style=\"margin-bottom: 16px\">\n    A defini\u00e7\u00e3o encontra fundamento principalmente no art. 9\u00ba da Lei de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o, que autoriza as Institui\u00e7\u00f5es Cient\u00edficas, Tecnol\u00f3gicas e de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o (ICTs) a celebrarem acordos de parceria com entidades p\u00fablicas e privadas para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de atividades de pesquisa e desenvolvimento voltadas \u00e0 inova\u00e7\u00e3o. Tais instrumentos caracterizam-se pela coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre as partes, compartilhamento de infraestrutura, recursos humanos, conhecimentos e, quando aplic\u00e1vel, recursos financeiros.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p style=\"margin-bottom: 0\">\n    No \u00e2mbito da UFSM, a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 089\/2022 reconhece os projetos de pesquisa, desenvolvimento tecnol\u00f3gico e est\u00edmulo \u00e0 inova\u00e7\u00e3o como objetos pass\u00edveis de formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o por instrumentos jur\u00eddicos espec\u00edficos, observando a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o federal aplic\u00e1vel e as normas institucionais de governan\u00e7a, acompanhamento e presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas.\n
