O evento, que aconteceu em parceria com o SEBRAE, foi realizado pela Coordenadoria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Empreendedora da Proinova.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O objetivo da din\u00e2mica inclui desenvolver a criatividade, solu\u00e7\u00f5es de problemas e trabalho em equipe. Durante o dia, foram aplicadas atividades que permitiram elencar as principais dificuldades enfrentadas pelos participantes e tra\u00e7ar solu\u00e7\u00f5es a serem implementadas dentro da Universidade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Um dos presentes no evento foi o diretor do Centro de Tecnologia da UFSM, Tiago Marchesan. Ele afirma que a din\u00e2mica foi bastante assertiva e contribuiu para seu aprendizado: \u201ctive a oportunidade de aprender novas ferramentas, que nos deram expertise para olhar mais para esses problemas e buscar solu\u00e7\u00f5es utilizando as \u00faltimas ferramentas tecnol\u00f3gicas\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tamb\u00e9m participou do encontro o diretor do Campus Frederico Westphalen, Braulio Otomar Caron.\u00a0 Ele afirma que foi uma oportunidade para conversar sobre os problemas em comum e buscar solu\u00e7\u00f5es. A participa\u00e7\u00e3o de diretores dos centros e campi contribuiu para a integra\u00e7\u00e3o e compartilhamento de diferentes vis\u00f5es sobre os temas apresentados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O UFSM Inova \u00e9 um programa de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, inova\u00e7\u00e3o e empreendedorismo. No decorrer do primeiro semestre, o evento foi realizado tamb\u00e9m com os pr\u00f3-reitores e os coordenadores de centro e sua pr\u00f3xima edi\u00e7\u00e3o reunir\u00e1 os coordenadores de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o da UFSM.<\/span><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:tadv\/classic-paragraph
