A conversa teve como objetivo apresentar aos estudantes a\u00e7\u00f5es e oportunidades da Proinova, do Inovatec Parque Tecnol\u00f3gico e da Incubadora Pulsar.\u00a0 Al\u00e9m disso, Medina tamb\u00e9m ressaltou a import\u00e2ncia de uma mentalidade inovadora e empreendedora no mercado de trabalho atual.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Na sequ\u00eancia, algumas das turmas tamb\u00e9m participaram da din\u00e2mica do castelo, uma atividade desenvolvida em grupos que promove as habilidades de lideran\u00e7a, tomada de decis\u00e3o, trabalho em equipe e gest\u00e3o de tempo. As palestras e atividades seguir\u00e3o sendo realizadas no decorrer do ano letivo, com diferentes turmas de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e cursos t\u00e9cnicos da UFSM.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
