Podem participar pesquisadores doutores vinculados a Institui\u00e7\u00f5es Cient\u00edficas e Tecnol\u00f3gicas (ICTs) do RS, p\u00fablicas ou privadas sem fins lucrativos, formando redes com no m\u00ednimo tr\u00eas ICTs e dois parceiros adicionais, que podem ser empresas, \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos ou entidades da sociedade civil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As propostas devem contemplar pelo menos um dos seguintes temas estrat\u00e9gicos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Governan\u00e7a clim\u00e1tica e conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Solu\u00e7\u00f5es baseadas na natureza e planejamento sustent\u00e1vel<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Monitoramento, previs\u00e3o e mapeamento
