  1. Busca da excel\u00eancia na Gest\u00e3o Universit\u00e1ria;<\/li>
  2. Mapeamento e otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Central e suas subunidades;<\/li>
  3. Mudan\u00e7a de cultura atrav\u00e9s da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de novo modelo de gest\u00e3o baseada em processos, alinhamento com a TI e modernas ferramentas de gest\u00e3o;<\/li>
  4. Defini\u00e7\u00e3o de modelo de dimensionamento de pessoal e de compet\u00eancias;<\/li>
