A Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Dirigentes das Institui\u00e7\u00f5es Federais de Ensino Superior (ANDIFES) foi institu\u00edda com objetivo de registrar os pontos e procedimentos fundamentais de todo o processo de coleta, an\u00e1lise e valida\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados das IFES para a aloca\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos or\u00e7ament\u00e1rios anuais para custeio e capital (OCC).

A Secretaria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Superior do MEC adota uma Matriz de Aloca\u00e7\u00e3o de Recursos Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rios para fazer jus \u00e0s despesas de custeio e investimento das Institui\u00e7\u00f5es Federais de Ensino Superior – IFES. Esta Matriz traz em seu contexto a necessidade de diversos indicadores calculados sobre uma base de dados anuais das IFES de car\u00e1ter acad\u00eamico. Um dos principais indicadores previstos \u00e9 o que se denomina Aluno Equivalente (NFTE).

O c\u00e1lculo do aluno equivalente apresentado neste documento inspirou-se no modelo ingl\u00eas de 1998, elaborado pelo Higher Education Founding Council for England \u2013 HEFCE.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
