e<\/p>\r\n<p>- o Parecer n. 037\/2017, da CLR aprovado na 798\u00aa Sess\u00e3o, do Conselho Universit\u00e1rio, de 11 de agosto de 2017, conforme Processo n. <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.ufsm.br\/documentos\/publico\/processo\/documento.html?idDocumento=8271652\" target=\"_blank\"><font color=\"blue\"><u>23081.017778\/2017-57<\/u><\/font><\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<br>\r\n<p><b><div align=\"center\">RESOLVE:<\/b><\/div><\/p>\r\n<br>\r\n<p>Art. 1\u00ba Alterar o Art. 37 do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/proplan\/regimento-interno-da-incubadora-de-empresas-pulsar\/\" target=\"_blank\"><font color=\"blue\"><u>Regimento Interno da Incubadora de Empresas Pulsar<\/u><\/font><\/a>, o qual passa a ter a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\r\n<p>\u201cArt. 37 A UFSM, por meio da Coordenadoria de Empreendedorismo e o Conselho Superior, resolver\u00e1 os casos omissos advindos deste Regimento interno, podendo decidir sobre normas complementares ou altera\u00e7\u00e3o das j\u00e1 existentes, visando sempre proporcionar melhores condi\u00e7\u00f5es de funcionamento a Incubadora.<\/p>\r\n<p>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico.
