provid\u00eancias.<\/font><\/div><\/p>\n<br>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/proplan\/resolucao-n-031-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\"><font color=\"blue\">Revogada pela Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o N. 031\/2020<\/font><\/a><\/p>\n<br><div align=\"justify\">\n<strike>\n\n<p>O REITOR DA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE SANTA MARIA, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e estatut\u00e1rias e considerando:<\/p>\n<p>- o disposto no inciso II do art. 9\u00ba da <a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2011-2014\/2012\/lei\/l12772.htm\" target=\"_blank\"><font color=\"blue\"><u>Lei N. 12.772 de 28 de dezembro de 2012<\/u><\/font><\/a>;<\/p>\n<p>- a necessidade de adequar o processo de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores docentes para promo\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Classe E;<\/p>\n<p>- a necessidade de altera\u00e7\u00e3o nas normativas internas consoante o princ\u00edpio da autotutela;<\/p>\n<p>- o Parecer n. 113\/2014 da Comiss\u00e3o de Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o e Normas (CLN), aprovado na 851\u00aa sess\u00e3o do Conselho de Ensino, Pesquisa e Extens\u00e3o, de 15 de agosto de 2014, referente ao Processo n. <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.ufsm.br\/documentos\/publico\/processo\/documento.html?idDocumento=6499006\" target=\"_blank\"><font color=\"blue\"><u>23081.011477\/2014-77<\/u><\/font><\/a>.<\/p>\n<br>\n<p><b><div align=\"center\">RESOLVE:<\/b><\/div><\/p>\n<br>\n<p>Art. 1\u00ba Alterar o \u00a71\u00ba do art. 6\u00ba da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/proplan\/resolucao-n-013-2014\/\" target=\"_blank\"><font color=\"blue\"><u>Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o N. 013\/14<\/u><\/font><\/a>, que passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o: \u201c\u00a71\u00ba O memorial dever\u00e1 considerar as atividades de ensino, pesquisa, extens\u00e3o, gest\u00e3o acad\u00eamica e produ\u00e7\u00e3o profissional relevante, nos \u00faltimos 10 (dez) anos anteriores ao requerimento de promo\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Classe E, Professor Titular, n\u00edvel \u00fanico.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Art. 2\u00ba Na primeira linha do \u00a72\u00ba do art. 4\u00ba da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/proplan\/resolucao-n-013-2014\/\" target=\"_blank\"><font color=\"blue\"><u>Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o N. 013\/14<\/u><\/font><\/a>, onde se l\u00ea \u201cdos suplentes\u201d passa-se a ler \u201cdois suplentes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 3\u00ba Esta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua
