e<\/p>\r\n<p>- o Parecer n. 149\/09, aprovado na 700\u00aa Sess\u00e3o do Conselho Universit\u00e1rio, de 25\/09\/09, referente ao Processo n. <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.ufsm.br\/documentos\/publico\/processo\/documento.html?idDocumento=3784136\" target=\"_blank\"><font color=\"blue\"><u>23081.010498\/2009-16<\/u><\/font><\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<br>\r\n<p><b><div align=\"center\">RESOLVE:<\/b><\/div><\/p>\r\n<br>\r\n<p>Art. 1\u00ba Criar o Restaurante Universit\u00e1rio na estrutura organizacional do Centro de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Superior Norte \u2014 RS\/UFSM \u2014- CESNORS, no campus de Palmeira das Miss\u00f5es, localizado na Avenida Independ\u00eancia, n. 3.751, Pr\u00e9dio Central, Bairro Bela Vista, CEP 98.300-000.<\/p>\r\n<p>Art. 2\u00ba O Restaurante Universit\u00e1rio do CESNORS\/UFSM funcionar\u00e1 de segunda a sexta-feira, exceto nos feriados.<\/p>\r\n<p>Art. 3\u00ba A execu\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades do Restaurante Universit\u00e1rio do CESNORS\/UFSM ser\u00e1 terceirizada mediante processo Licitat\u00f3rio, cabendo \u00e0 empresa vencedora o fornecimento das refei\u00e7\u00f5es prontas, servidas em Buffet para pessoas com matr\u00edcula junto a UFSM, ou formalmente indicadas pelo gestor do contrato.<\/p>\r\n<p>Art. 4\u00ba \u00c0 UFSM ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pelo pagamento \u00e0 empresa fornecedora, mediante apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de Nota Fiscal, subsidiando a diferen\u00e7a entre o valor cobrado do usu\u00e1rio e o valor cobrado pela empresa fornecedora.<\/p>\r\n<p>Art. 5\u00ba Os valores das refei\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o aqueles praticados no \u00e2mbito da UFSM.<\/p>\r\n<p>Art. 6\u00ba Esta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor na data de sua assinatura e revoga as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>GABINETE DO REITOR DA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL SANTA MARIA, aos vinte e dois dias do m\u00eas de outubro do ano de dois mil e nove.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<p>Cl\u00f3vis Silva Lima,<\/p>\r\n<p>Reitor<\/p>\r\n<\/strike>\r\n<p><font color=\"red0000\">Este texto n\u00e3o substitui o documento original, publicado no Portal de Documentos.<\/font> Dispon\u00edvel em: <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.ufsm.br\/documentos\/publico\/documento.html?id=4357749\"><font color=\"blue\">https:\/\/portal.ufsm.br\/documentos\/publico\/documento.html?id=4357749<\/font><\/a>\r\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N. 017\/2009 MINIST\u00c9RIO DA EDUCA\u00c7\u00c3O UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE SANTA MARIA RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N. 017\/2009 Cria o Restaurante Universit\u00e1rio do Centro de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Superior Norte &#8211;
