O \u201ccaput\u201d do artigo 7\u00ba da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/proplan\/resolucao-n-004-1995\/\" target=\"_blank\"><font color=\"blue\"><u>Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o N. 004\/95, de 19 de julho de 1995<\/u><\/font><\/a>, passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\r\n<p>\u201cArt. 7\u00ba - A concess\u00e3o de altera\u00e7\u00e3o de regimes de trabalho de 20 horas semanais para 40 horas semanais, de 20 horas semanais para DE e de 40 horas semanais para DE, s\u00f3 ser\u00e1 permitida se o tempo m\u00ednimo para a aposentadoria for de 5 anos.\u201d<\/p>\r\n<p>Art. 2\u00ba -
