color=\"blue\">Revogada pelas Resolu\u00e7\u00f5es N. 055\/2021<\/font><\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/proplan\/resolucao-ufsm-n-089-2022\/\"><font color=\"blue\">N. 89\/2022<\/font><\/a><\/p><\/p>\r\n<br>\r\n<strike>\r\n<p>O REITOR DA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE SANTA MARIA, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e estatut\u00e1rias e tendo em vista o parecer n\u00ba 003\/97-CLR do Conselho Universit\u00e1rio, aprovado em sua 545\u00ba Sess\u00e3o, realizada em 26-03-97,<\/p>\r\n<br>\r\n<p><div align=\"center\">RESOLVE:<\/div><\/p>\r\n<br>\r\n<p><p>Art. 1\u00ba Para fins do disposto no art. 4\u00ba e seus par\u00e1grafos da <a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/LEIS\/L8958.htm\" target=\"_blank\"><font color=\"blue\"><u>Lei 8.958, de 20-12-94<\/u><\/font><\/a>, a Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, por seu Conselho Universit\u00e1rio, autoriza a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de seus Servidores nas atividades realizadas pelas funda\u00e7\u00f5es criadas com a finalidade de dar apoio a projetos, por prazo determinado, de pesquisa, ensino, extens\u00e3o e de desenvolvimento institucional, cient\u00edfico e tecnol\u00f3gico, sem preju\u00edzo de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es funcionais.<\/p>\r\n<p>Art. 2\u00ba Os Servidores da UFSM, nestas condi\u00e7\u00f5es, poder\u00e3o receber bolsas de ensino, de pesquisa e de extens\u00e3o pagas pela funda\u00e7\u00e3o executora do projeto.<\/p>\r\n<p>Art. 3\u00ba \u00c9 vedada a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Servidores nos projetos, referidos no Art. 1\u00ba, durante a jornada de trabalho a que est\u00e3o sujeitos, ressalvada a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o espor\u00e1dica em assunto de suas especialidades.<\/p>\r\n<p>Art. 4\u00ba A participa\u00e7\u00e3o do pessoal docente nas atividades objeto desta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 considerada, no \u00e2mbito da UFSM, como atividade acad\u00eamica.<\/p>\r\n<p>Art. 5\u00ba Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor a partir da
