<\/b>Revogar a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/proplan\/resolucao-n-004-1996\/\" target=\"_blank\"><font color=\"blue\"><u>Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba004\/96, de 05-02-96<\/u><\/font><\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p><b>Art. 2\u00ba - <\/b>Suspender a execu\u00e7\u00e3o da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/proplan\/resolucao-n-013-1995\/\" target=\"_blank\"><font color=\"blue\"><u>Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba013\/95, de 30-08-95<\/u><\/font><\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p><b>Art. 3\u00ba - <\/b>A avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e progress\u00e3o docente para professores do 3\u00ba Grau da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, a partir do segundo semestre de 1995, ser\u00e1 feita de acordo com a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/proplan\/resolucao-n-004-1990\/\" target=\"_blank\"><font color=\"blue\"><u>Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba004\/90, de 30-01-90<\/u><\/font><\/a>, complementada pela <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/proplan\/resolucao-n-009-1991\/\" target=\"_blank\"><font color=\"blue\"><u>Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba009\/91, de 06-06-91<\/u><\/font><\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p><b>Art. 4\u00ba - <\/b>A nova Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o a ser aprovada pelo Conselho Universit\u00e1rio sobre a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e progress\u00e3o de docentes de 3\u00ba Grau da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, somente ser\u00e1 aplicada no semestre subsequente ao semestre de sua aprova\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\r\n<p><b>Art. 5\u00ba -
