resolve:<\/p>\r\n<p>ESTABELECER luto oficial, por tr\u00eas dias, na Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, a partir de 16 de abril de 2021, com bandeira a meio mastro, sem preju\u00edzos das atividades acad\u00eamicas e administrativas, em sinal de pesar pelo falecimento de Derblay Galv\u00e3o, Professor Aposentado e Reitor da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, durante o per\u00edodo de 1977 a
