propostos por Processo Administrativo PEN-SIE observando o tipo documental espec\u00edfico de cada Ato Normativo, vetada a abertura utilizando &#8220;Memorando entre Unidades&#8221; para este fim, sendo adequados seguintes:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: square\"><li>Processo de Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa (010)<\/li><li>Processo de Portaria Normativa (010)<\/li><li>Processo de Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa (010)<\/li><li>Processo de cria\u00e7\u00e3o\/recria\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3rg\u00e3os colegiados tempor\u00e1rios (Portaria ( 011)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6b2bd16 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"6b2bd16\" a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufsm.br\/pro-reitorias\/proplan\/resolucao-ufsm-n-054-2021\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o UFSM N 054\/2021<\/a>, Art. 4\u00ba,\u00a0 s\u00e3o documentos m\u00ednimos obrigat\u00f3rios para a abertura de um processo de ato normativo:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">I \u2013 Memorando da unidade proponente contendo a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o de motivos que dever\u00e1 justificar e fundamentar, de forma clara e objetiva, a edi\u00e7\u00e3o do ato normativo, com justificativa para a edi\u00e7\u00e3o (cria\u00e7\u00e3o ou altera\u00e7\u00e3o) do ato normativo na forma proposta e outras informa\u00e7\u00f5es relevantes relacionadas a mat\u00e9ria e que podem afetar a an\u00e1lise da proposta.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">II \u2013 Minuta do Ato Normativo e;<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">III &#8211;\u00a0 Anexo do Ato Normativo (se aplic\u00e1vel).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section processo:<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Ainda conforme o Art. 4, \u00a7 2\u00ba Os processos que venham a ser abertos em outro tipo documental e que no decorrer de suas tramita\u00e7\u00f5es sejam identificadas necessidades de emiss\u00f5es de Atos Normativos, dever\u00e3o ser complementados com a inclus\u00e3o dos documentos apontados nos \u00a7 1\u00ba e \u00a7 2\u00ba.<\/p><p>Isto \u00e9, na hip\u00f3tese onde caso haja mudan\u00e7a do tipo documental durante a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o de processo aberto com outro tipo, o proponente deve solicitar a reclassifica\u00e7\u00e3o ao Departamento de Arquivo Geral(DAG), tendo em vista a necessidade de adequa\u00e7\u00e3o processual e de anexos de documentos edit\u00e1veis para serem analisados pela COPLAD.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-567ec1c elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"567ec1c\"
